Hotel is exceptional. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were amazing. Great downtown location for our business meetings. There isn't anything I can say that I didn't like. I do have a suggestion for the hotel, maybe a working space in the hotel lobby. Just a personal opinion, as I'm not a person that's keen with sitting in a bar table to do work.

Everything about this property was fantastic.

We stayed with 2 kids and it was super convenient and the employees went above and beyond. Really comfortable beds and super clean

That it was in walking distance to shops downtown The daily 65$ valet parking was told was the only parking. I found a lot that was 1/2 that price right around the corner

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I plan on staying there everytime I'm in Colorado.

There was a problem with the shower drain partally plugged. The maintenance staff came right up and fixed it. The breakfast was much better than many hotel breakfasts. We could have used one more pillow.

Nice and clean and beautiful view

I got woken up by scratching and rolling noises. 5 th floor rooms sit directly under an event space located on the 6th floor. In the instance of my stay from 10-11pm, a private event had finished and staff were rearranging furniture preventing me from sleeping. This was done without any preventive measure - like putting felt sliders on furniture pieces, or more quietly moving chairs by lifting rather than sliding them etc. Front desk comforted me by saying to should last less than an hour. Hardwood floors really make this type of operation over a guest room challenging. Beyond 11pm there were episodic noises - something akin to drop of a heavyweight equipment that would jolt me wide awake. After being awoken a few times I was not able to fall sleep again - I got less than 3 hours of sleep. Otherwise the hotel was just fine.

The room was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The refrigerator also did not work and would not cool. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was not much better. We paid over $500 per night for four nights, yet the experience was so disappointing that we chose to stay at another hotel for two of those nights, even though we could not cancel this reservation. At this price, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room. Very disappointing.

Light kept turning in by itself. Night 1: I was able to sleep at 2 AM after they came and disconnected the light. (Tech was busy fixing the elevator that didn’t work either) Night 2: Supposedly the light had been fixed, it wasn’t. Was able to sleep at 12 after they came and disconnected the light again. Night 3: Light was disconnected though the clicking continued + an added bonus of disconnecting the night light just in case. Woke up at 3, went to the bathroom blind, on my way back to the bed, I kicked the base of the bed with my shin, just a little blood, not too much. Couldn’t get back to sleep. I was there for work (CEDIA EXPO), I’d stayed at your hotel the 2 previous years. Think this was my last. 3 in rested nights. Terrible.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Would like tell hotel has poor isolation, you can hear everything from upper floor , refrigerator did not work at all , also I had birthday on these day and nothing. Don’t recommend this hotel
