Everything was ok. We stayed 3 nights. 2 of the nights we had no towels and had to use hand towels after showers. My biggest almost complaint was I was all packed and leaving and waiting on my wife as she looks in every crack for things. She just yells that I may wanna get in the room. Before this they had all my clothes folded on the couches and in my suitcase which was nice. Well they decided to take some of my stuff that was very expensive and put it in the closet that no one used the entire time and put stuff in there and close it. We went to a concert and was going to rain so I brought very expensive gear with me that was over a 1000$ and takes weeks to replace and I was leaving a week later and had to have it for up in the arctic circle. You can’t just buy this. However lucky my wife searched everywhere. I was ready to leave. I guess the problem is they put half in closet and half in suitcase. I guess from now on I know to say to leave my crap alone. That would of been ugly. Otherwise place is fine. We just slept there is all.

Great staff , excellent in every way highly recommend this hotel

Property is nice, but not up to par with other Four Seasons I’ve enjoyed. Staff is friendly, but not good on follow through. Pool area lacks ambience and would do well to add more umbrellas and fans to improve comfort in the hot temperatures.

The staff at the Four Seasons Denver are FIRST CLASS. Very helpful and courteous. We used most of the amenities and could not be more pleased.

Told concierge it was our honeymoon, they provided champagne and chocolate covered strawberries free of charge

We were disappointed that the outside pool bar was not open for the soccer watch night. Lounging at the pool around 10:30 I had workers scrubbing the pool deck near me when it seemed like nothing was quite prepared early before guests came to the pool. My room had a random key card laying by the lamp by the couch..it was clean otherwise. The bath counter is getting tired. The beds are still the best and the entry flowers are stunning.

Exceptional property. Service was impeccable and anticipatory. They treated our daughter like gold.

People and the food

I loved the staff very well mannered and attentive…our room was about $1000 plus $200 deposit…we got a decent room 5th floor…not a very good view…and room was spacious loved the tub and bed…that’s what made it amazing…but the room in general was too outdated and furniture was very worn out…like it had a lot of scrapes….ive stayed in cheaper rooms that are way cooler and nicer furniture…that is the only thing that caught me off guard since we paid so much….everything else was great like i said! Oh and it was very quiet loved that…

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Amazing staff. Didn’t love the beds or pillows. All too soft. Even my 18 year old daughter felt the same . The bathtub was downright dangerous. Shower was tiny and not enjoyable.

Staff members were amazing! One thing and most important thing I look for is cleanliness and staff being accommodating, but remaining modest.

This place is always a great stay. Very tentative staff. Always willing to go the extra mile for dietary restrictions and other things. Never regret a stay here.
