Didn’t have There seemed to be some mold in the shower

It wasn’t worth the cost and the additional charges included the free cocktails that were never offered to the 4 of us staying in 2 rooms. We definitely won’t recommend this place.

Property was fine. Staff were friendly. However, check in is at 4pm and by 5pm (when we needed to leave for a concert) we STILL weren't able to check in to our room. They mention a free shuttle from the hotel to places within 2 miles. What they don't tell you is that there has to be two valet drivers on shift in order to do that.

This property is amazing. I will be returning. If you have pups bring them cuz they are welcome. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Valet staff is great. Location is perfect. Housekeeping was good for the most part, however there was hair in the tub that wasn't mine to start. And it stayed there thru the stay. I had a stained pillow case on an unused bed. Front desk fixed that asap. When it came time to do a full clean, it was only half way done. So that was unpleasant. Again Front desk handled that. Maintenance was called 2 times upon arrival. Clogged sink was fixed immediately however the hot water cartridge in the sink was not changed and wet all my stuff on the counter as it was leaking from the handle onto the counter.i did have some dishes in front of my rm door that wer not mine for 2 days until I reported it. Other than that my stay was amazing. I can't wait to come back..

The place looks cute on the surface and staff is nice, but the hotel needs some serious work. As soon as we walked into our room we could tell it felt hot. We turned the air down and thought we'd give it a chance to cool down before we said anything, but it didn't get any cooler. We let the front desk know and they said that yes they knew the air-conditioning "struggled" and they didn't have another room for us and if they did, we would have to be split up. It was my daughter and I staying there with my friend. We had a concert to go to and went out for the evening. When we got back it was a bit cooler but still hot. They sent up a fan which helped a little but you still couldn't use a blanket to sleep without getting overheated. The next morning my daughter tried to take a shower. The shower was a waterfall shower that barely came down and had a hand held nozzle in there but mounted low so it couldn't be used like a normal shower head and when you tried to turn it on it didn't work properly. She had to climb in the bathtub and try to wash her hair in there. I didn't want to wash my hair and thought it was weird that the only shower option was that waterfall shower without even providing a shower cap. The shower did not work properly at all. We also had little things like a half full water bottle that was left in our room with the new water bottles and light bulbs that were burnt out. That stuff was minor, but the air-conditioning problem snd shower issue was major.

Make sure you have extra$$$$ for incidental. I booked my trip on hotels.com room was nice shower was amazing. But wasn't expecting a fee of $35. So not sure what the extra charge was for. Im calling the hotel to find out about Xtra charges. We didnt purchase any extras n didnt use the amenities. We were there only one night. But won't go to this place again..
