Hotel Teatro

Ideal location - we walked to and from dinner, bars, and a concert at Ball arena. Nothing!

Breakfast at the Nickel was great. The decor of the cafe and lounge was very nice. Waterfall shower was difficult to manage without getting soaked while setting temp. Also doesn’t it use a lot of water?

Great location and the room was well priced.

Good location; walk to Ball Arena and 2 blocks from 16th Street (where you will want to spend some time). The hotel was clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The room wasn't quite we expected, but it was a nice stay overall.

Our entire experience at Hotel Teatro was amazing. Rose at the front desk is wonderful. She can handle it all with ease. And her quick wit is refreshing. We enjoyed The Study for coffee and breakfast while we were there. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautiful with windows overlooking downtown. The location was perfect for all things LoDo. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed our time in Denver and Hotel Teatro. We will definitely be back.

the room was not clean, and the hallway and room smelled horrible, the shower would not stay on and the toilet often did not flush properly and would not flush the toilet paper. when there was an opportunity to reclean the room for a deep clean they still missed the most important item. The staff was nice, but i did get some mis information about how to handle the situation.

Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly and inviting. Pretty cool restaurant and bar that fits the vibe of the hotel.

It’s very central to a lot of downtown. Walking distance to Union Station, just a block from DPAC, and 3 blocks from where the Red Rocks Shuttle picks up. Room is clean, beds are great, good coffee downstairs, coffee in the room, too. Helpful staff at all hours. I recommended to a friend for the next week and they loved it, too. Downtown Denver is very quiet, even on a Monday morning! I didn’t expect that. I don’t think I heard any sirens or horns ever.

Beautiful old hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a homey comfortable coffee breakfast place in the corner lobby, good espressos! We enjoyed our stay in the slice of old historic denver.

I didn’t like the Shower Head in the center of the shower! Otherwise it was a Good stay except for the people that left their little dog for hours in the room across from me,and every time it heard movement it barked for 3 days straight until they returned (which was late of course)!

It wasn’t worth the cost and the additional charges included the free cocktails that were never offered to the 4 of us staying in 2 rooms. We definitely won’t recommend this place.

Property was fine. Staff were friendly. However, check in is at 4pm and by 5pm (when we needed to leave for a concert) we STILL weren't able to check in to our room. They mention a free shuttle from the hotel to places within 2 miles. What they don't tell you is that there has to be two valet drivers on shift in order to do that.
