If you like older with character this is a good spot. Valet expensive but convenient. Ordered some room service which was marginal.

Hotel Teatro staff is excellent. Welcoming from the doorman to check in. Restaurant and bar need a little bit of an upgrade during happy hours….

Super cute hotel that had its own personal touches on it. Great location downtown, about 15ish minute walk from Coors stadium and downtown but everything’s walkable.

The hotel is fine and the staff are pleasant. For free bus rides, you need to walk two blocks to the 16th street. It provides a credit of $10 towards the breakfast expenses.

Gym is waaaayy too small They need to take away the $30 daily hotel facility “fee” ———- thats total BS. JUST to cover, they say , a complimentary (?) glass of wine and $10 daily token for coffee and a croissant at bkfast. Really? Theyre profiting mightily off that facility fee. Rooms were clean
