the Curtis Denver - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Great mid-level hotel. Clean, friendly, and convenient. Beds and pillows were great for a hotel.

My biggest issues was the elevators (4) were slow and made no sense. Rather than have one system to call all 4 elevators, the 4 elevators were in a row but required pushing 3 separate buttons to activate all 4. This meant that when an elevator responded to the call the other elevators were still actively being called. Therefore they were very slow to respond and would also stop at other floors that no longer had any one waiting. The restaurant was very disappointing. To be fair this is based on only 1 meal but it was so mediocre that I never went back.

Loved the water and warm cookies. The bed was quite firm and not comfortable. Everything else was good.

I absolutely loved this place! The most enjoyable stay I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The staff was kind, personable, and helpful!! The room was SO cute as well.

The curtis was an amazing experience from start to finish! Check in was quick and we even were able to sneak in a bit early! Warm cookies were lovely and our room was awesome! The shower worked perfect with hot water and the ac kept it nice and chilly to sleep! Would definitely be back !! Plus the staff were always all smiles (: thanks for the awesome wedding weekend !!

Honest opinion from a frequent traveler: This is a 2.5 star hotel. There are MUCH better hotels downtown Denver for a similar price. Their computers were down when I arrived and then they put me in the wrong room. The room was very dated, even had wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Beds were comfy enough and the room had a mini fridge (no microwave). The parking garage was crazy small and cramped. They didn't even have morning coffee - I was told I had to buy it from the Starbucks down the street. Staff weren't the nicest. I wouldn't stay here again.

I wish that there was an iron, an electrical outlet on each side of the bed and a mirror in the room not just in the bathroom. Other than that is was great!

Very nice hotel in a prime location only 10 mins to Mile High stadium and all 30 mins to the airport. The staff is amazing!!! Jamie and Allison were the best ever,

Appreciated the early check in This isn’t the hotel itself itself, but it did affect our stay. We experienced a domestic situation on our floor, a couple was yelling at each other, cussing and into an altercation in/out of their room, at times in the hall. We called the front desk and notified them but it continued for another 30 minutes. No follow up as to if was taken care of - that was a little disappointing as to how it was handled.

Just across the street from Denver Center for Performing Arts. Very close downtown attractions. Loved the hotel themes and staff are incredible! Absolutely will return.
