the Curtis Denver - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Great hotel near many places downtown. My only concern was the water being very hot in the bathroom. Quaint rooms that felt like home making the place very comfortable.

Yet, the next day, they resolved the issue and we enjoyed our last two days in Denver staying at the Curtis. It is well located in downtown and the staff were very helpful. The quirky interior put a smile on your face every day.

At other hotels, employees help park the cars or assist customers, but here, they didn’t help at all. It was also very difficult to find parking. Overall, I was very disappointed with the parking and the customer service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room was clean, although it was small. Location was great, within easy walking distance to the art district and many restaurants and shops. The restaurant within the hotel was very nice and convenient. Plus a 10% discount at the Starbucks around the corner was nice too!

The elevators are extremely slow and the staff were not very helpful in checking in. They did not explain how to use the elevators. The water was not working properly it was hot and never cold so hot it burned. Our room nightstand had cigarette ash on it and we don't smoke. The parking garage smelt like Marijuana and the elevators smelt like ass.

The rooms are very clean and the staff of friendly and helpful.

It was remodeled with new themes. We got a very cute room!! The WIFI was not usable. Parking cost were stupid high. Toilets are cheap, replace this one. The coffee maker is broken. Boo! The cleaning staff were super loud. Slamming all the doors. It was very inconsiderate. Otherwise pretty good.

Staff was really helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was great to walk to an event at the empower field.

The property is located perfectly for our purpose.

The location was excellent and there were great food options close by. The hotel room was a bit run down. The themed floors were changed in May and lack character. The parking was expensive. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Very clean, all the employees in the motel and the restaurant where extremely nice and helpful.

Let the staff know that the room had trash under the bed and by the door, they wanted to send someone to reclean. Not a clean place old and dated

The decor and front desk staff were great! The air conditioning in the room was really intense though, to the point we had to tie on the head in the middle of July. Also the outlet by the coffee pot would not work so I had to move the coffee pot to the nightstand. Lastly, there was no iron in the room but there was a steamer but it stopped working on the last day. Really cute place and great location.

Great location, tings as expected

Would stay here again and again. The location was fairly central and the people were great. They were actively cleaning the lobby area regularly which is great to see. The restaurant attached had great food and staffing. I would love to explore more of the different themed rooms in the future.

The Office Restaurant had the best Waffle Sundae.

It was a positive experience stay at the Curtis Hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I love that they had parking with no hassle.
