We had a lovely stay from start to finish

The hotel was lovely and room beautiful. Super easy to get there from the airport just taking the train given the union station location. Multiple close by restaurants that we were able to walk to from the hotel.

Oh my goodness, the hotel way exceeded my expectations. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were wonderful. We really enjoyed the rain shower head! Everyone was so nice and so much water! The valets were friendly and just great. Breakfast delivered from Snooze was delicious. I don't think there was anything we didn't like. The alarm clock/noise machine in our room was not there. But we didn't need an alarm anyway.

Nothing We paid $900 a night for this hotel, and the experience was a complete disappointment. At check-in, the staff member was unwelcoming and rude. To make matters worse, we were charged an extra $200 per night for a 'suite' that was nothing more than a staircase leading to a tiny nook. The room quality was unacceptable for the price. We were given cheap synthetic pillows and blankets, and despite booking for two guests, the bathroom contained only one bathrobe. When we ordered breakfast, we had to call back and forth repeatedly, only for the food to arrive with plastic silverware. On top of that, the unsightly wallpaper on the ceiling made the space feel far from relaxing. While the location is central, the lack of a passenger drop-off zone makes getting an Uber a complete ordeal. For $900 a night, the cheap quality and poor service make this the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly advise staying elsewhere.

Comfortable beds, amazing staff (including the valets), bustling area with lots to do. When we checked in, we were told we would receive a free alcoholic beverage from the Terminal Bar, but when we tried to get the drink at the bar, we were told the policy had changed.

Beautiful hotel inside the old train station. Gorgeous architecture takes you back in time. Well furnished rooms with very unique high end pieces. Location also ideal for everything downtown and near the ballpark.

This is the best option for a Red Rocks concert for out of towners. Train goes from airport straight to the hotel inside Union Station. Good restaurants everywhere and Red Rocks shuttle picks up right outside. The Crawford felt cool and quiet and cozy. VIP Access property on Hotels.com so I had a bottle of wine waiting for me in my room.

First time staying at the Crawford Hotel. It was a great experience stying in the Union Station. Convenient location for lots of surrounding restaurants and activities. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the 2nd floor lounge with friends and ate in 3 of the station’s restaurants and all were great. The room was pretty pricey but worth the adventure at least once.

Very nice property. Nicer during the day. The rooms didn’t have enough light, the AC was unpredictable. A lot of money to spend for for the price.

Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and assistance to our room and about the hotel. Some of the people in the station/ hotel lobby were smoking marijuana in an area where no smoking is allowed at all.

I think they have some room cleaning staff that slack as far as showing up but the people In charge of check in stayed on top of them. Location is perfect for 10 min walks to a variety of restaurants. Obviously the train station is just outside the door. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing location, close to everything. Lovely 'extras' like free ice cream across the way. The room was very well maintained and so unique. Only thing was that there was only one tiny window, my assumption had been that we would have been able to see into the train station. Anyway, a very good experience.

The hotel was cool but I think it is definitely over rated. The AC in our room didn’t seem to work and was hot and when we checked in our room, there was trash left in from either the previous guest or house keeping. They said they would send someone to clean it but no one ever came. The hotel does offer free Lyfts around town which was super nice and helpful. If it weren’t for the free rides around town, I would have been very upset and thought the hotel was a waste of money based on our experience. The location was nice but you can hear bells ringing all day and night because it is obviously in the train station. But I would not come back to this hotel and it’s definitely not worth the price.
