Staff was superb. The only thing I would ever change would be the amenity availability. Having those be at specific times really makes it difficult to make use at your own leisure/convenience.

Nice boutique hotel, very clean, rooms very well set up. Amazing staff, a lil busy downstairs considering it’s a train station down stairs but u don’t hear any of the noise in ur room. The only issue I had was the in-room dining, I ordered breakfast and I received it in a to go bag with plastic folks and knives like some uber eat delivery. Hotel management needs to change that asap, that wasn’t very nice.

The room and location were incredible. HUGE room, HUGE bed, super comfortable. There just wasn't much room service after 11pm, other than that is was great.

The Crawford is amazing! It’s beautiful, the rooms are beautiful with amazing showers and plenty of room! It’s located in the revamped Union Station with several restaurants on site, and in a great location in Downtown Denver; within a couple of blocks of Coors Field to catch a Rockies game! We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!

I wasn't sure about staying in a hotel at the train station, but the property was very nice and the Premium Loft room we stayed in was large, quiet, and comfortable. Easy access to many great restaurants. Loved it! I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel absolutely radiates beauty and classic charm. It was delightful to stay here for the quality of the room and amenities, but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful which made it all the more special as the last night of my vacation.
