The Crawford Hotel

This property has SO MANY amenities! I wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of them all! The staff was excellent, and the rooms were pretty cool. Extremely quiet for being in a train station. This hotel definitely makes you feel like a VIP guest!

The check in process was quick and easy, the location is insanely convenient. Valet parking only at $68 overnight. The trains coming and going throughout the night made it a little hard to sleep but other than that it’s a beautiful property in the heart of Denver.

Air conditioning not working, staff kept sending people up to attempt to fix it, did not offer us another room until we kept complaining. Thermostat stated it was 67 in our room but finally the engineer took a thermometer that read our room was 78! We also asked for a bottle of wine to be brought to our room to celebrate our marriage which never happened. Staff was not attentive at all. They did upgrade us but only after we kept complaining about the air conditioning and made it seem like it was our fault. Do better Crawford. We will stay at other nice hotels going forward and do not recommend unless they start training their staff on better customer service.

Wonderful stay after luxury train trip from Utah.

This property is convenient to train connections and easy movement in the city. Lots of eating and drinking opportunities.

The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. Having restaurants/bars below is so convenient. Walkable to many other restaurants/bars nearby. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The train from the airport ends at the hotel making travel super easy.

We really liked staying in Union Station. It’s an unconventional set-up, as there’s a tiny lobby, and the rooms are accessed across the main hall of the train terminal, but the main hall is an active, fun public space that we enjoyed. The location is super convenient to restaurants. Our room was also somewhat unconventional, as it’s a converted space in what seemed to be the original attic area of the station, so there was only one small window, but it was a really spacious room with a great bathroom and nice sitting area. The amenities included free coffee and ice cream each day from shops in the terminal, which was great. There’s also a great bar on the mezzanine that’s quiet and served perfect cocktails. If you like a traditional hotel, this may not be for you, but we found it fun, with lots to do

Very nice find downtown at the refurbished train station. Easy train ride from the airport to the station then check in right there. Kids loved it. We’d stay there again.

We strongly suggest using them.

The hotel entrance is literally in the train station! Room was grand with nice high ceilings, a nice bathroom, and nice bathroom products. The air conditioner was kind of noisy and not that effective. Front desk staff was helpful. Great location for strolling, we had never been to Denver before.

What a gem! This hotel was absolutely charming, stylish, and beautifully designed from top to bottom. The artistic details throughout the property were incredible, and every space felt thoughtfully curated with exceptional attention to detail. The location was fantastic. We loved the historic train station setting—it was lively, unique, and full of character without being noisy or disruptive. The entire property was spotless, and there were so many comfortable and inviting seating areas to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The décor was elegant, tasteful, and full of personality. Every corner seemed to have something interesting and beautiful to admire. We also appreciated the great food and beverage options, including coffee, cocktails, and several connected restaurants that all looked excellent. Great restaurant Venice was across the street. Totally recommend it. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly designed, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings and finishes were high quality, and the artistic touches made it feel special. Being within walking distance of the ballpark and other attractions was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and memorable experience!

Great! Staff was very professional and helpful. There was an issue with laundry-handling. Items submitted got temporarilty misplaced, but were then taken care of. The front desk staff handled the issue quickly and well. When the 3 items were laundered and returned, they were accompanied by 2 additional bags of laundry that were not ours. Unsure if the issue was with the staff or the 3rd party that handles laundry.
