Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown - Union Station by IHG

Hotel was busy but the staff was doing a great job getting through everything. They were welcoming and the room was nice.

The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants and shops and close to the baseball stadium. The only things that I didn’t like is that they charge $40 per night for parking and the Whole Foods next door has a huge exhaust vent that blows fryer smoke so thick onto the sidewalk that it looks like a cloud and makes the side entrance to the hotel smell like fryer grease. But……the great location makes up for it.

Very convenient location.Staff was very nice.

Our room was in fifth floor. I guess that room was just renovated or not finished yet. The room was spacious and clean. There is a nice closet space. The bed was very comfortable. I liked a lot. However, the sealing was not finished yet. The drywall was exposed, stains, and hand written chalk marks and numbers. I was a bit inconvenienced by the complete lack of wall hooks for hanging jackets; there was only a single short towel rack. The sound of A/C is loud at night. However, the comfortable bed dispelled those complaints. Thank you.

Great stay! Amazing restaurant attatched. Friendly hotel staff and hospitality given by waiters. One of the waiter gave me a complimentary drink and that made me come back to the restaurant.

Great location! Close to tons of great breweries. Loved the discounts on amenities while staying. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was not easily accessible or explained too the guests very well.

Staff was extremely friendly. Location was excellent. Was within walking distance to many downtown locations yet in a fairly quiet area of downtown. Room was beautiful.

Wonderful restaurant and bar in the lobby. Food and drinks were good. Hotel room was nice and quiet.

We liked the amenity tax ($28 a night) that provided us with a daily (often nightly) snack at the Larder and two drinks at the bar. Make sure to bring and show you amenity card each night! We loved the Philly Steak Eggrolls and the drink selections at the bar. We had some issues with some of the food service - one server failed to mention nuts in some granola when we ordered a yogurt, and there were no clear signs about the La Colombe complementary coffee vs. the "fancy" La Colombe special drinks cart. Overall, we still enjoyed our time and might stay here again if we visit Denver. This hotel wants you to think it is a 5 star experience, but there were some cracks in the facade that led to my 4 star rating.

Good service

Hotel was located very close to Ball arena for concert. Had a nice drink in bar. Wish we had time to try out bikes but only there for a day. Room and gym were lovely.

Great stay! Hotel AC was loud and the curtains were broken but nothing to complain about.

My only complaint is that they didn’t have the channel to watch the FIFA World Cup

Popcorn in lobby location great staff very helpful the only complaint is the ceiling in our room was a dirty concrete should definitely fix thus at least paint over it

Perfect place to stay downtown. Great location, clean rooms, super bed, very safe.

Staff did not look professional. Desk not fully manned all the time. Restaurant closed at 9 pm. We just missed it by 10 min and would not make an exception. We were somewhat late getting in by train to their credit. Would not stay there again. Room was very pricey probably due to downtown location at Union Station. No breakfast included.
