Bedroom clean and bed comfortable. Cabinet that held fridge was broken. We had no wash clothes in the bathroom to clean with. Only hand towels and bath towels. Light in bathroom dim. Wish there was an outlet next to the hallway mirror. It was hard to get ready for a wedding having to share the bathroom mirror for drying and styling hair. Valet was quick and friendly. Very hot outside and had to ask more than once to have the water refilled in the main lobby.

Room, valet, and front desk were excellent. Location can’t be beat and the supermarket right across the street very helpful. The pool was much appreciated by the kids!

Wonderful stay. Easy walk to Coors Stadium. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Quiet, comfortable beds and nice staff.

The website and the sticker on the mirror in the bathroom say housekeeping every 2 days. When they didn't show up, I inquired and was told "it's every 3 days." So they either need to live up to their advertising or change it to say every 3 days. Then they tried to come the next day as well. So there seem to be some disconnects with housekeeping.

The pool has a great layout, but needs to be cleaned. The water was a little funky. Workout facility/room was great.

Loved the Hilton Gardens Union Station in every way possible. Short walk to Rockies Stadium, Union Station, Lo-Do and other Denver attractions which you can see from the free downtown shuttle. The front desk staff member, Jolie, was so helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant, Woodie Fisher, is a landmark Denver fire house built in 1881, and the food for breakfast and dinner were “mile high” out of this world, and my server, Maven, was also helpful on what to do in Denver, provided excellent service for breakfast every morning, and super nice to me as a first-time Colorado visitor! Highly recommended!!!

Ambiance and room was clean & maintained very well. I like that we can drop off our luggage before check in time. Front desk people need to be little more friendly with guests.
