We use to stay at the Ritz in Dallas and loved it. It seems the quality of the stay here in Denver compared to the $$$ was off. The only great thing about the Ritz now is how quiet the rooms are. The food wasn’t that excellent. But I almost feel like in this economy it’s expected now, which is sad.

It was a great property and the staff was exceptional
-
The staff was friendly and helpful. The front door staff offered directions and the spa staff focused on your needs and making you feel relaxed.

I liked the Entrance, and the Bathrooms. I did not like that I paid for a city view and didn't get a view of the city. I also didn't like that there was no swimming pool, and breakfast was not included? For the price I paid breakfast should of been included. I enjoyed Elways restaurant bar and Food service was awesome also the best tasting steaks I've had in a while.

Great stay
-
The room was spacious and luxurious, but the most outstanding part of our stay was the staff — especially at the front desk. Gracie and Nicole gave us a warm welcome and attentive, thoughtful service. Everyone else was so helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return again soon.

Very dated. Could they even touch up the wood or paint?

The furniture in the room was old and dented and scratched. All of the staff was amazing. Every single one of them. They made us feel very important to them as guests.
-
Property is clean but dated. Spa service was good but amenities could be better. Staff was great, room was spacious and comfortable. Just needs an overall refresh.
-
The Denver Ritz Carlton was a disappointment. The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The WiFi went out during the stay resulting in no Internet or TV without warning or explanation. There was no offer for a shoe shine or other special services such as ironing. We made our own dinner reservations via Open Table as the Concierge said it would be difficult to obtain a same day dinner confirmation. Deliveries are left on a table with no staff to bring it to your room. There just was no extra effort that is typically expected of a Ritz property.

Really great staff .
-
ALWAYS was great for lunch/brunch and breakfast.....delicious food and not crowded at all. I chose the hotel because it was walking distance from the event that I was attending. Only the carpet in the room seemed like it needs replacing, other than that the room was excellent.
-
Did not get to test the Spa services this time.
-
Had a wonderful stay, staff was friendly and personable, they seemed to enjoy their jobs rather than being there just for work. Spa was great bed was comfy overall everything you would want from a luxury hotel but without the snob!

Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.
