Reviews
-
Good location great staff. Missed having small fridge and microwave for leftovers when staying several days but overall good experience.
-
Completely misinformed on parking, it took us forever to get towels, food was terrible
-
The room was clean and I like that they had a parking garage next to it. And they had milk and cookies in the evening
-
Close proximity to Ball Arena for concerts. Plumbing in the room was not working properly.
-
It was nice to have coffee and tea available in the morning and cookies at night. A nice little perk
-
Ok place to stay. There seems to be a lot of repairs and cosmetic updates needed in the rooms, tub and furniture. Parking garage is difficult to get to and elevator to parking levels is disgusting. Ok place if you need to be downtown.

Room was in rough shape. Clean enough but beat up. Not what I expected for a "Tribute Portfolio", whatever that's supposed to be.

Great location really cool vibes We were asked if there was anything special about her stay and we responded that it was our anniversary! We were graciously given the choice between complementary champagne chocolate truffles or a fruit and cheese platter and we opted for champagne. Unfortunately it never showed up and I was disappointed to say the least and then to share with the front desk and have nothing be done was just so disappointing especially since I didn't ask for it it was offered as a special perk for our stay.

The hotel is in excellent location in downtown Denver, 15 minute walk from Union Station and very close to many attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable overall. On our last day we were able to use their downstairs space for working remotely after checkout. As in many old hotels, the A/C was quite noisy. The bathtub seemed a bit dated, but that's a minor thing. The restaurant, Harry's, has limited selection and is somewhat pricey, but the food and service are fine.

Great breakfast and staff.

Convenient location! Very clean.

Nothing. This was the worst experience in the last few years. When I checked in, they said that early bird breakfast costs $30. I was a little confused because I arrived at the hotel at 3:45 PM. I asked what time you check in and they told me it was 4 pm. Thank you for not checking in at 12 midnight with check-out at 6 am. Then I went up to my room. The room itself was average, but for that kind of money you'd expect better quality, but that's a minor detail. The bed was stained and dirty. The glasses weren't washed. There was only soap in the bathroom, that's all. After which I went down to park the car and they quoted me a price of $67. Bye. I waited for the paperwork to be processed, and I scanned it. QR At the parking counter I saw that overnight parking costs $40 instead of $67. And having driven forward to the same parking lot as valet parking, I ended up paying $30 instead of $67. Then, at 3:30 a.m., I received a message saying my deposit had been used perfectly well by the hotel. They charged me for valet parking, even though I hadn't used it. And for the second time they charged me the cost of the room, even though I paid for it in advance on Booking. Not only did they wake me up and I can't sleep, but they're also trying to trick me. I haven't had such a terrible experience in a long time. Don't stay here, it's not worth it.

Magnolia is a nice affordable hotel Downtown. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Valet is a little pricey but worth it. Always enjoy our stair.

Great location

5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool.

Our room was small but we were only there for one night and being able to bring our dogs with no fees (unless they wrecked something of course) was a weight off our shoulders. They had complimentary water, dog treats, milk and cookies at night and coffee/tea in the morning. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower had super high water pressure but the soaps were nice. The air conditioning worked well, the walls were a little thin and the floors creaked but otherwise no real complaints.

The A/c was goat in the room.

-
Found mold in our bathroom but otherwise it’s fine
