I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Using Expedia always brings bad rooms, no keyless entry, no loyalty points, no choice of room, no choice in floor and I could go on and on. Hotel was nice and clean. Located too far from Ball Arena to walk.

Overall, a nice place to stay.

Nice location, very centralized. Clean presentation with helpful staff. Breakfast was good, but a little too heavy for my liking. No complaints about the food. the room size felt a little petite, but very functional. The room amenities were subpar for somebody like myself that travels often, but shower pressure was great.

Clean and great location

Nice hotel in a great location. The desk said our room was ready but they charged an early check-in fee an hour before 4pm check-in, ridiculous. The room was ready so why make us wait or pay a fee? I could understand a fee if before noon, but not at 3pm. The 4pm check-in time is also ridiculous. What happened to 3:00pm check-in time anyway? I told the desk that while they have policies that require a fee for late check-out, there is no such policy for early check-in. She just shrugged a "tough Sh*t" shrug. On the other hand, an elevator was broken in the parking garage and when I asked a valet where the stairs were he insisted on carrying our bag up the stairs (level 4). Wow, what a difference in attitude. He has worked there 23 years... different generational values I guess.
