snacks for free or to buy in the room. Nothing but soap and lotion in bathroom. When i complained at checkout they said you have to ask for things. Firstly, since when does a hotel not provide them? Second, no one ever mentioned it! Room was still not cleaned and made up at 4:30pm the next day. We had to shower with dirty bathrooms and towels for that evening. Only stayed two nights! Hotels.com lists this as a 4.5* Luxury hotel. NO WAY. Even Hyatt lists it as 4*. Definitely not worth almost $1600 for two rooms for two nights. It is way over priced. When I complained, desk said "we will pass the message along." I said "to who?". No answer. Never again!

This is a great property! I’m a clean freak and this property is always so clean! The staff is unbelievably friendly, from the concierge’s, the valets and the staff at The Courier, professional from top to bottom.

The staff was amazing! So kind and helpful in every single department. The valet supervisor Malek did over and beyond his job ever day! The bar prices were exceptionally high; however, they were also exceptional to drink! So even though the price was annoying it was worth it. My husband said his old fashion weed the best one he had ever had in his life. So I really don't know why I'm complaining!

Stayed here on our wedding night and was disappointed. Had called a month before hand to see if they could decorate room since we just got married. Showed up on our wedding night and they forgot to do that. Got a $50 dollar to make up for it but still feel let down. Would not recommend staying here for special event. Other than that the stay was great but really dropped the ball.

Great location, clean property and rooms. The AC wasn’t working correctly in our room, called multiple times and nothing was done about it (to our knowledge).

Worth the price

Family enjoyed close proximity to city buses, paramount theatre for concerts, good food, and easy walk (with bus ride) to a baseball game. Nice big TV in the lobby for World Cup games.
