Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

The pool can get crowded quickly but it is very nice, there is a game room and pool bar. It is on the fifth floor of the hotel, outdoors. There are restaurants in cocktail bars in the lobby which are very convenient. The room itself left much to be desired. RV was a ladder and HVAC unit. It was not cleaned very thoroughly and there were areas even on the second day that we noted as still being dirty. The door was a serious issue it was extremely difficult to open and would not close unless you put your weight into it. We had to shove our shoulders in to open the door and do the same in order to close it which posed a safety concern. There is a nice club lounge in the lobby which you have access to if you are a Marriott member. There are several meeting rooms in the lobby that can be rented for a fee. Overall everyone is pretty friendly. Convenient location.

I will never stay in this hotel again.

The property was centrally located in downtown Denver, which made it convenient to walk up and down the 16th St. mall. Although the property was kept clean, it is quite dated with few amenities.

Very fancy, clean and well kept The temp in the room very humid and either too hot or too cold . Also some staff was not very helpful

The staff was wonderful. The room was way beyond expectations.

The restaurant Bezel was the highlight of number trip, great drinks. The pool are was overly crowded, but the views were great.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and quick to respond to requests (such as a roll away bed at the last minute because a person in our party wasn’t feeling well so we wanted to create sleeping space for the other person). Granddaughter loved the outdoor pool, it was busy but the temp was also over 100 degrees! I wish we would have checked out the hotel events ahead of time and planned around them, we missed out on a lot that the hotel offered their guests. We will definitely be staying at this location again. Cannot beat the location either!

THe location was great! Easy walking to the free 16th St bus, other areas, art museum, good restaurants No jacuzzi, but other than that, all was GREAT

Clean and easy to walk around.

I was in the Executive Suite, 1 Bedroom, Corner. There was no AC in the bedroom. The room was set up for heat but not for AC. That is totally unacceptable for a Sheraton. Their solution was to provide a box fan on request. It was in the upper 90's in Denver this weekend. Sleeping in that room at night was loud and hot!

Loved the multiple restaurant options on site and the outdoor pool and bar area was perfect for what we were looking for.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was very nice, rooms were nice and clean as well!
