It’s been 1000 bucks on two rooms they couldn’t park my truck. They put my kids in a whole different tower. Air conditioner did not work. Horrible experience will never go bad for sure when checking out expressed my disappointment in the hotel and not one Brake was given.

Location Room’s AC wasn’t working well. We checked out super early for that reason. Was disappointed by the misinterpretation of the size and amenities of this room while booking online. I thought the room was going to be spacious and when we opens the door I couldn’t believe the size of this room was similar to small size box. I paid a lot of money and was very dissatisfied

What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation but received no response. I also reached out to Booking.com and while they informed me they had contacted the hotel and would update me I never received any further information. Overall the hotel itself was fine and the pool was nice but the unclear breakfast policy and poor customer service left a negative impression on our stay.

the a/c was noisy and barely worked. Kicking on every few min and not even cooling the already closet sized room we were shoved into. Way over priced.
