-
I like everything
-
For the price per night and no free parking is absurd paid over $200 in parking fees alone plus tips with no complimentary breakfast and no room service is crazy ..elevators were down no room service available I definitely won't be back to this location

We thought the pool was closed for renovation, and it ended up opening early! Perfect place to stay for our trip, gorgeous property
-
Very tiny rooms and hallways...over priced for such tiny rooms. A/C didn't work correctly. Very outdated.
-
The only downside, pool was closed which was the main reason I booked hotel
-

Most details are listed on this hotel’s website that may be a downside to most people, at least for me.That being said I urge anyone that reads this comment to read through this hotels amenities and what you actually pay for.We got there and had to upfront have a high hold placed on our card,As well as either pay overnight parking,or pay even more for valet and they just take your car to the same mildly sketchy garage that you would have spent slightly less. At least for my family when you've already spent a of money already, this was inconvenient. The pool as-well was recently closed for maintenance. Not sure what they did it looks like it hasn't been updated since 2005, and the views were alright. The room was not maintained very well we had wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and the carpet was matted from dirt.Breakfast was also not included.I must say if you’ve never been here,go with an air bnb.For 2 nights we spent the less money than 1 night here. Our air bnb has free coffee and snacks.Aswell as 2 bedrooms and bath, a kitchen, a beautiful private backyard. And gorgeous views. And trust me I looked at quite a lot of both hotels and air bnb’s. More local owned houses were better than this capitalistic scam of a “hotel.” They’re money hungry and predatory here. If you don’t like your time waisted or your money go with someone that actually will take care and be thoughtful. Every turn here they attempt to have you pay for something. Greedy is all they are.

Great wouldn’t pay for the garage $55 a night! Also no vending machines on the floor we were on level 20 and had to go to 1 just to get a soda and ice machines only on every other level!

Excelente ubicación, habitación grande y limpia con muy buena vista
-
The front desk staff was all business Try smiling. The one bad thing was the elevators. I mean with that many floors you should have designated elevators for certain groups of floors. Slippery shower with no mat inside of it.
-
I booked this property specifically because of the pool. After booking I got a message saying the pool is closed. I asked them to comp me $30 so I could use that money to purchase a resort pass and use the pool at the Sheraton around the corner and they were unwilling to cooperate.

Las personas de limpieza muy prepotentes

Good location. Great breakfast.
-
Small but clean and quiet room in a hotel in an excellent location. Two blocks from Paramount Theater.
-
Very central. Greeting and fantastic atmosphere as soon as you arrive to the property. Very informative and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. A beautiful view of the city and mountains at the same time. N/A
