I loved how the pool was still open in September we stayed at the end of September and were sad as we thought we weren't going to be able to enjoy the pool, what a nice surprise, the staff was so helpful especially the Valet they took good care of us and made check in and check out so easy!!

Friendly staff and the hotel had a great smell The pool needed attention, downtown is very sketchy homeless are everywhere and at night it’s worse. The valet guys were great keeping us safe.

The place is clean, and the staff responsible for the cleaning are quite friendly. The front desk staff often appear unhelpful, with a somewhat unfriendly demeanor, especially among the female white team members.

It was near so many different attractions and walking distance to a lot of them

The bed was comfy and the room was clean! I wish there was a hot tub but the pool was warmish. The pool area isn’t great but it’s nice to get some fresh air.
