I checked online and could still book a king room for that night, yet they told me that those were actually unavailable because they had oversold the two-queen rooms by at least 10 and that those other customers would need to be going into the king rooms. What a horrible business practice to promise services and then not actually provide them as a routine part of their operations. The location was great and hotel appeared fine. I was just really frustrated with this entire experience. Expedia gave us a $50 credit as compensation after not being able to make headway with the hotel.

The staff was very friendly! The room, pool, and breakfast were all exceptional. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect for our stay, close to a lot of things. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great time! Everything was great. No complaints!

Front desk staff were all so kind and welcoming each day at all hours which was very refreshing. I enjoyed the space I do wish breakfast was a little later than 9am on weekdays but that's no deal breaker. This hotel was a PERFECT location!!

Good: Fairly convenient location, depending on what you're after. Very close to the 16th Street pedestrian Mall and the FreeRide shuttle that'll take you to Union Station. Wonderful: The breakfast crew was helpful, on top of things, and kept the place clean.

Was completely unable to valet park to many cars in the driveway not enough people working to valet park the cars had to park on the street with meter and then check in took about 45 minutes only one person working couldn't handle the volume of people Parking, waiting to check in, long line in the morning for breakfast

Overall the property was very good. The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean. The electronic blinds were broken and the two that provided the city view did not open at all. The furniture was broken.

Second time staying here. Nice hotel, quiet, no complaints. I will say, pay the extra money for the Valet parking, it just makes life easier. You can get your car whenever you want, as many times as you want( no extra charge). Walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. Will stay here again.

Great location downtown and about 1-2 blocks from the convention center.
-
Overall Good location. A bit on the south end of your area mainly visiting Coors Field or Union Station area. One block off of 16th which is a great pedestrian strip. Great breakfast and coffee. Cheerful and helpful staff. Parking was expensive. Valet at the hotel for $60 per night or the surface lot across the street for $35. If you didn’t drive, then perfect.

I liked the location. Within walking distance of museums and 16th street. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. We requested items from the cleaning staff and didn’t receive them. I had to go down to the main floor and find staff to get the toilet paper we needed. Also limited understanding between front desk and myself. Very short curt explanations. Valet parking is way too high. $60.00 a night is super expensive.
