Facility was well kept and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quite convenient. A very short walk to the Convention Center. the breakfast was pretty good, but was pretty much the same every day (except for the shape of the scrambled eggs). We were told that they discontinued the Manager's Receptions starting during COVID, but it is still listed as an amenity on their website. Check in was very slow. Only one front desk person was present.

This is our go-to hotel for our stays in downtown Denver. Consistent, convenient, and reliable. Property is clean, safe, in a good location, and breakfast is great.

Everything was nice and clean. I requested a fragrance free room due to medical conditions. I didn’t like the PINE SOL cleaning product odors in the lobby areas and public areas in the mornings but easy enough to avoid if I hurried. Close to the Convention Center and conveniently located. Hot water and ice water with complimentary teas near front desk with self check out snacks and breakfast daily. A nice little bar and happy hours if you partake.

Great option for downtown Denver.

It was nice very close to the convention center. If you rent a car it’s expensive . You will have to park your car somewhere else.

The staff is incredibly helpful. The room was clean. It's centrally located. This is a great place to stay.

The front desk was very helpful in figuring out how to get around on the free bus, and light rail, and walking. The breakfast was good, but I found much of it kinda cold on Friday morning; Saturday was better. The room was spacious and clean; my only issue is that the shower pan had some paint flecks or maybe it was mortar, but it was clean.

Hotel, staff and location are wonderful! We had a great stay. Bar was not open much but that's a minor complaint!

Everything was clean, well stocked with helpful staff and good locations nearby. The only sucky part of this trip was parking, we ended up using the valet service and wished that the parking situation/valet charges were clearer upon booking instead of upon arrival.

Upon checkout on 8/18, I let the front desk know that the shower in my room was not working properly. The shower handle only extended part of the way and seemed stuck in place partway. Because of this issue with the shower head, I could not get the hot water to work despite multiple attempts and could not take a shower.

I like the location of the property. The staff is always amazing from the front desk, to the breakfast staff and the housekeeping. The property is clean and comfortable. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come to town.
