Enjoyed my short stay and Hyatt staff welcomes visitors. A minor suggestion is providing a night light and or a fan in the bathroom.

Very convenient and the breakfast was good. First check-in they had canceled my reservation on Booking.com because they were overbooked, but I did not get the message until I was checking in. Then they wanted to charge me more then double and said they have one room left on the other side of the hotel, since since it’s a Hyatt house and a Hyatt place they could book me with the other hotel, which is in the same building for more money. I feel they should’ve honored the fair. I originally booked not very good customer service. The manager said she did give me a discount on the room because it was originally a lot more. They have four elevators and only one was working and that one broke as well so we were on the 11th floor with no elevators with someone with a bad knee and cannot go downstairs. Very disappointing.

This hotel was amazing from the valet to the staff at the front desk. The room was clean and a very nice overall location and it was nice and quiet. We’ll stay here again.

Breakfast was good for being a hotel. Rooms were nice and so clean. Staff was friendly and kind. My girls and I really enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the capitol, I'd book it again.
