From the friendly hotel staff to the cleanliness of my room, everything was amazing! The room overall met my expectations with only a few "minor" hiccups but nothing to truly get into, just personal preferences.

There were no slip mats for the shower, and I literally slipped and fell and hurt myself in the shower because a mat was not available. It’s a huge safety risk, and I didn’t appreciate not having access to that easy item for safety.

This had to be one of my top 5 hotel stays ever. The staff us amazingly kind and helpful and just the level of hospitality is something I dont encounter much anymore. The room was lovely. Quiet, clean,comfortable.

THIS IS A PET FREINDLY meaning a lot of noise and dog bark, it is very noisy and I could not sleep

There are numerous close offsite outdoor surface 3rd party parking alternatives to paying $64.00/day for valet parking inside but the weather was very hot and my wife had her arm in a cast so I used the valet service to do so and it was great! The valet driver was very polite and efficient as well and deserved the generous tip I gave him when he returned my car.

Very satisfied with the overall experience. I just don't think the value matches the experience. I had noisy neighbors, we shared a doorway between rooms.

Great room, comfy bed. Got to check in early for a small fee which was the only bummer but glad we could. Would definitely stay again.
