Very satisfied with the overall experience. I just don't think the value matches the experience. I had noisy neighbors, we shared a doorway between rooms.

Our receptionist, FIFA was incredible. She made the checking in wonderful. The only downside was the morning coffee was wimpy….more like drinking light tea. We ended up going to dozens for a terrific breakfast.

Top notch customer service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was an added bonus. Everything about this place made for a very enjoyable experience. I would stay here again.

Parking was way overpriced. The entire hotel smelled like weed. Walls were so thin I heard my niebors until 4:00 am. Dogs barking in the rooms until we'll past midnight. Room 1002.

Good location for attending events downtown. Went in the summer, filled with families with kids. Decent Breakfast, small pool and gym had just the basics. Elevators have a back up often. The rooms are large, beds not that comfortable, and everything in need of some TLC- lots of scrapes and dings etc. Overall good for the price

Staff was excellent, kensa (from Madagascar) was exemplary example in customer service, shecwas kind and efficient and was knowledgeable about the area and where to eat and shop, I will stay again just to say hi to her.
