The staff everybody there was phenomenal from the very first time we pulled into the property to leaving greeted with smiles hugs information about the town, fun knowledge about the place and just felt like we were home ! I’ve never had an experience like that in a hotel, where every single person that worked there was generally happy to see us when we walk through the door!!! Wine night was only Monday through Thursday that was fun. I loved to interacting with all of the guests. I wish every hotel did that every night. It reminded me of like being fancy back in the 40s and 50s were in fine dining wasn’t experience but you made it a experience inside the hotel that made me want to come back home there I wanted to get home for that experience. I wanted to meet my fellow guests.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The site is close to the 16th St. shopping area, though the three blocks to that area feel bleak. The staff was helpful and friendly. Modern decor. The carpet needed a good cleaning. Parking is $32/night which I didn’t notice in the listing. I didn’t drive, so I wasn’t looking for parking costs.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the light bite in the evening was superb for an evening meal. It has a great location so I walked to my events rather than taking cabs. Overall great value for money Nil

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and open 24/7 which was super awesome. We also really enjoyed the beverage bar open 24/7 as well. The breakfast was also super tasty and had a rotation so you aren’t eating the same thing everyday. The location is in a very walkable/ubering distance to many things. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, definitely made our stay extra special!

Kitchenette, 24/7 pool and gym allowed me to eat and exercise around jetlag and conference. Big desk and plenty of sockets for working. Really convenient for convention centre. Will definitely use Staybridge again in other locations

Room was clean, full breakfast, comfortable common area, free laundry is a bonus Water pressure on 8th floor was terrible, social hour food was lackluster, could hear our own and neighbors' squeaky doors and hard door closes throughout the night, Must have room key to enter and move around the building, parking area is extremely tight and access from one-way streets makes it slightly complicated to get to

Parking is not included in your stay, you have to pay over $30 to park with the hotel per day, or you can park across the street for a little less. This was very inconvenient. The traffic noise is crazy loud all through the night. The Pantry payment system didn't work. Our shower did not work, and front desk was saying we would have to wait until after 11 am for maintenance to get there for shift before it could get fixed. That was not going to work as we had reservations and plans, we needed to get ready for. The front desk eventually came up and changed the shower head themselves.

Room was clean. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but that was to be expected. I enjoyed their continental breakfast before we started our day. Overall a good place to stay, nothing fancy. Staff were kind.

Parking is kind of pricey, would prefer to include in room rate.
