The breakfast was amazing. The view and room were fantastic.
-
Great stay - quiet, clean, super helpful staff, only negative is elevators take forever
-
Also, had to pay for parking a couple blocks down, which ended up being not worth it

Offer water to guest when you check in

Hotel looked beautiful but the elevators were out most of Saturday and part of Sunday. Took 40 minutes to exit room via the service elevator that stops at every floor up and down and having to wait for space to be available on this one small elevator.

This hotel was very nice

This was THE worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to jump through 18 hoops and call 6 times to get someone at the front desk. The mini fridge in my room didn’t work but the worst thing was, the elevators did not work the entire time I was there and I was on the 21st floor. They were piling people in the one service elevator until that went out as well. Apparently the elevators work during the night but, by the morning, none of them were working and I was stuck on my floor with all of my luggage until my husband went all the way down to get assistance to get all of our luggage down to the lobby. The staff was nice and ai felt very bad for them as this was not their fault. But, I will never stay there again.

Big hotel downtown, convenient valet (we were on a road trip with a big roof rack on top and 4 bikes attached to the top of our SUV and it was no problem), walking distance to Coors Field, nice free breakfast buffet with limitless hot coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that I arrived before check-in time, and they said they had rooms available but that it would be an additional $35 charge to take advantage of it. For that reason I will not be staying at this facility in the future. Sorry
-
The elevators were out of commission off and on for 2 days so it made it difficult to go to and from my room. We had to use the maintenance elevator and hope there was room on the elevator.
-
Everything was close We stay there for 3 nights, we struggle with non-working elevators all weekends and had to bring luggage through the stairs from 11th floor, exhaust fan in restroom didn't not work at all time

A pretty horrible experience for a girl in the middle of the night.

Hotel is having elevator problems. The check-in process was lengthy and disorganized. Hotel computers were having issues. The Hotel’s elevators were down at check-in, the staff allowed guest to use the service elevator to get up and down the floors. The breakfast was good. Checkout was a nightmare because all of the elevators were down so all guests had to use the stairs to exit. Normally not a big deal, but I recently had foot surgery so this became a painful experience. The hotel’s management did apologize and offered points to compensate for the inconvenience. I have to say this hotel does have amazing staff that are able to work through issues that an aging facility has.
