It is very difficult to speak to an acutal person. Made several phone calls to front desk, unable to leave voicemail and nobody answers.

Hotel overall was really nice. Room was nice and had a good view of downtown. Also close to the pavilion. Staff were all friendly. The only things i have negative to say is the parking. Valet is expensive and the only other option is a couple small 30$ a day lots. The mini fridge would not cool hardly at all. Worked intermittently. When the coffee maker was plugged in some nasty white slime came out and smelled like hot puke. Unplugged it and did not even attempt to use it after that. Free coffee at the lobby every morning so i wasnt too worried about it. Overall id stay here again

Room was a bit dated. Bathroom door had a lot of water damage which made it look really nasty. Over all it was ok though.

The breakfast was amazing!!!!!!!! The bed was very comfortable and clean…. We had a great view of the buildings across the street. All staff were polite!
