My room was great and quiet. front desk was very friendly

The price was outrageous for an average room. Woke up and wanted coffee….the Keurig didn’t work. However, it was very clean and well maintained which I appreciate!

Great stay. Close to 16th st mall and convention center. Quiet and clean.

Very nice, clean room. Everything was in working order. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toiletries. Staff was very friendly. Had a restaurant, coffee shop and a small place to purchase snacks or drinks in lobby. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants downtown.

I don’t understand the bad reviews about breakfast. I had 4 at the hotel. The express which is the Continental has a variety of choices dry cereals as well as hot oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and grapes, yogurt, cottage cheese, pastries, English muffins, cinnamon raisin and other breads which you can toast yourself, walnuts, almonds, dried cranberries, almond milk and regular milk and a variety of juices. When I ordered off the menu I had two perfectly cooked eggs over easy with turkey sausage and English muffin. Only disappointment was muffin wasn’t toasted enough. Also no decaf coffee. Staff in hotel very helpful and considerate. Bed very comfortable. There’s a small refrigerator which has a small freezer compartment where I could put my gel pack to ice my knee. Only problem in room was the ironing board kept falling down. Never figured out how to get it to stay in leavers. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay
-
Location was good, did not have breakfast at hotel We asked for two queen size beds when booking and got one king size bed and a pull out, I believe the vent in our room rattled all night.
-
The room was big and the bathroom was cute Even though I said the bathroom was cute the shower itself could’ve been bigger
-
Staff was very friendly and was nice enough to let us check in early so we could rest before our concert. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to restaurants and shopping
-
This is one of the only hotels in the downtown Denver area that has a self parking option with in and out privileges. Nearly every other hotel in the downtown area has a valet, which I personally find annoying. Parking is attached to the hotel.
-
Bathroom floor was sticky and some things you could tell are only cleaned if visibly dirty. From what I experienced there was no breakfast but a restaurant that you had to pay for separately if you wanted breakfast.
-
The receptionist was not friendly at all, poor customer service.

Great location. Staff is friendly.

Hotel is a little pricey for the size of the room, and $47 a night for parking was a little high. Service at the hotel bar was terrible. But overall a nice stay and a good location in downtown Denver.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I mentioned that the toilet was leaking to the front desk. The maintenance staff member checked it out and said he would fix the next morning if he received a part. The toilet was usable so it was okay.

Fast elevator. Hotel convenient to convention center / Bellco Theater which is where our event occurred. Secure Parking. Coffee in lobby in the morning. Room 1023 - the bathroom door "stuck" and did not close all the way. Not a big deal for my wife and me, but just a bit annoying. Could have used an extra chair at the table/desk for eating. Coffee machine did not have any regular coffee, only tea pods and decaf. Could have used an extra comfy chair or two-seater couch for watching TV. Room is big enough.
