Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown

Unfortunately the network was down and we weren't able to check in until later that evening when the staff figured out a work around. It wasn't ideal, but you could tell the staff were trying their best.

Was traveling with a companion who arrived that the hotel first. The hotel was booked under my name and held by my credit card. The hotel ran his card for incidentals and, even after a thorough discussion with the manager about charging the room on my card, the hotel charged my friends are for the entire stay. I was not happy!

Tried to cancel my room because of an emergency. I did not stay there and was still charged for the room. So I won't be using this hotel again. If you're ill or have anything that might keep you from traveling skip this hotel. Ive never agreed to give money away for not being there for medical reasons. Im sure there response is i could have cancel weeks ago. But one day or 2 days your stuck. Buyer beware.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was perfect for the event we were attending. The room was comfortable and clean.

Elevator broke down during my last day.

I found the staff to be very helpful, accommodating, and always friendly. The room was cleaned promptly every day, which I appreciated very much. The location was convenient to the venue I was accessing during my stay and not difficult to find. The only drawback I experienced was the quality of the breakfast in the in-house restaurant. For the same price, I found a much better breakfast option within walking distance that suited my tastes much better.

We had the $10 continental breakfast one morning. The best I can say is it was okay...it's a similar offering to what a Holiday Inn would offer complimentary if you were staying there (pre-packaged hard-boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, etc.). What I found frustrating was that coffee wasn't included; there was an additional $3 charge. Additionally, the kitchen staff seemed unprepared for patrons despite us being there an hour after they opened. There was one table occupied, and we waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. There may have been something going on because the servers were complaining most of the time we were there (I didn't catch what about). Obviously, we only had breakfast at the hotel once. The rest of the stay was great. The room was clean and roomy, and the location was perfect for our trip.

Great location, but the staff were not super friendly or helpful. We had issues with hot water and elevator response time.

The price was outrageous for an average room. Woke up and wanted coffee….the Keurig didn’t work. However, it was very clean and well maintained which I appreciate!

Great stay. Close to 16th st mall and convention center. Quiet and clean.

Very nice, clean room. Everything was in working order. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toiletries. Staff was very friendly. Had a restaurant, coffee shop and a small place to purchase snacks or drinks in lobby. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants downtown.
