There was a smell coming from the drain in tub and the outlets in the room did not work. Also the entire room lost power by just plugging in the hair dryer
-
Check when you book your room, studios don’t have a fridge. Also the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. It was a great room for what I needed otherwise.
-
Location was good, and all staffs are nice & freinedly.

My stay was good overall. The front desk, kitchen and maintenance staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The only issue I had was the room temperature. The property has centralized air conditioning that didn’t allow us to regulate the temp using the thermostat in the room. Ray from maintenance explained the situation and brought up a very powerful fan that cooled the room off quickly.

Was very conveniently located downtown to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean but, the mattresses were pretty shot and the toilet was difficult to flush from a handle on the wall. Other than that, it was a nice room for the location and price.
-
The staff was great. The hotel was nice. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work.
-
First room we were given was dirty. Second room was fine very small, no fridge. Lights barely worked. Elevator worked half of the time. Constantly had to get out of the one side and use the other elevator.

Comfortable bed Staff very helpful

Staff was very informative. Issue with elevator and ac but not resolved. Miguel(maintenance) was great.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room well at all, maintenance was very polite, came to check it out and left a fan, but did say he would make a recommendation for us to move rooms. It was our last night, the fan was ok so we just stuck it out. Hot water was a journey as well, out of 7 showers between my family we got 1 warm shower. But good news the water didn’t drain either in the tub so your feet could stay in the cold water! They have a few remodeled floors I guess, but until this place is renovated I don’t recommend at all.

Room 1764 had no air conditioning. A maintenance worker came in at midnight lifted the counter off of the air conditioning unit and try to repair the air conditioner to no avail. I feel that I deserve a refund due to the fact of the inconvenience of not having an air conditioner while on my stay in Denver Colorado

Not going to lie, for about $200 a night you would think there would be more amenities or the property would be more updated. Valet was not worth $51.00 in my opinion. It took almost 30 minutes for our car to be grabbed by the valet and that was after trying to call the ticket phone number listed multiple times to request pick up per the property. For future if we knew it was available, we would have parked out car right down the road at the pay and park place.

Was on the 22 floor room was hot. Did call for maintenance they brought a fan I would have not survived the night with out it.
-
Very clean room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and good air conditioning
-
Very friendly staff, convenient location, good breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced food items (soda, snacks) in the lobby.
-
A/C no working and shower no working good
-
Clean and comfy Advertised a pool on site but there is not one. Also did not have AC that worked - we were given a fan. Valet parking not included in price. Overpriced.
-
It's a good hotel, well located, clean and comes with breakfast. The air con is run centrally (on "central air") so to change the temperature, an engineer has to come into the room to adjust the mechanics.
-
Liked that we could walk to restaurants, movies, Coors Field, the hotel was having trouble with one of the elevators and the pancake maker was out of order, also some rooms were having a/c issues.
-
The hotel was nice. I can’t complain about the facilities Parking there is terrible and wish I would’ve known that it was only valet parking that costs way too much for what it is. I ended up having to use a 3rd party for parking, which is not ideal.
