Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG

Thomas was such a gentlemen and made checking in so fast and easy.

No pool as advertised ☹️. No free parking. Valet is expensive.

No individual intro of room temperature was a little inconvienemt.

We were told the hotel had central air and that they could adjust the vents to make it cooler. Upon returning to our room there was box fan for us to use to cool the room. There was food from a previous guest left in our mini fridge. The breakfast was ok but the potatoes were stale and sausage links a little cool.

The location was convenient to downtown Denver. The hotel does need some renovations. Biggest complaint was that there is no central air conditioning and it was hot in our room. Bring your own fans.

Your staff clearly doesn’t get paid enough because they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. They are simply doing the bare minimum.

Staff was very nice. The room was dated but fit our needs perfectly. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Otherwise a very nice stay.

the ice maker on our floor was broken but the location is excellent I wish the room had had a refrigerator and had been a little larger but the staff was friendly the room was clean and the location was excellent so I'm going to give it five stars

Nice accommodations and great location. I stay here every summer.. Staff is always nice andI love the fact it is directly across from the Brown Palace, a historic hotel.

The staff was good but our room but our air conditioning didn't work in our room but was still in 80s in our room. We told staff workman brought us fans but that didn't cut it . Couldn't sleep due to heat and sticky. Desk staff nice people but never solved issue should have put us in different room. I liked the people but when your hot and sticky in your room ruins day.

Cool spot. Breakfast was super good. Valet is $51 parking not so good but i guess that's how it is downtown.

Room was very hot, they gave us a box fan, homeless people begging for money as soon as you walked out the building. Would not recommend at all especially for a family

If you get a top floor room prepare for it to be hot. They brought us a fan to “cool the room” but it didnt help. Sucks there is no control for the ac in the room

Fairly nice but overpriced chain hotel, excellent downtown location. Main complaint, the air conditioning was not keeping up, no offer to change rooms or to book a nearby hotel, although they did bring a couple of fans. Didn’t help much, overall a pretty miserable experience.

Our stay was pleasant since the room was clean and included the basic amenities. The only minor complaint would be the lack of working central air conditioning in the room, which made it a little uncomfortable. Luckily, we were able to call the front desk and they had someone bring us an additional fan to help stay cool.

They tried to give me a box fan instead of a working air conditioner. All outlets near the bed non-functional. Don’t stay here.
