Wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on the floor, kitchen countertops, bathtub stained as well. The upper saggers lock was hanging loose kinda hanging off the wall so we had to put a chair in-front of the door. The breakfast was edible! Actual seasoned food that doesn’t make u feel sick after eating. Despite the cleanliness I would stay again.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for three days one night. It was great it was clean. The staff was friendly. They helped me with some important paperwork that I needed to have printed out and they had so many great snacks and the breakfast bar was amazing. I would definitely come back again, especially because it’s so close to everything walking distance and the free bus ride.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and we arrived around that time, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready yet and that they would call us when it was available. We never received a call. I went back around 3:45 PM, and at that point we were told the room was ready. Unfortunately, the room still wasn’t properly clean. The pillows on the bed had visible makeup and food marks on them. I brought this to the front desk’s attention, and they said they would bring clean pillowcases to the room, but that never happened. The bathroom was another major issue. It smelled extremely strongly of urine, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. The one positive was the breakfast. My family really enjoyed it, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the poor follow-through from the staff made this a disappointing experience.

Close to almost everything I wanted to do.

It was a fine stay and I love Hampton Inn but this stay just wasn't great. I was told that my vehicle would be parked unground and so I paid the extra for that well it wasn't. It was just a bit disappointing since Hamptons are always amazing! Just not this time.

Breakfast was great and staff was very pleasant.

We walked to coors field. Also close to brunch and coffee. Parking $45 a night valet or $15 next door lot.

Only a couple minimal issues with the hotel, only one elevator was working and breakfast was a bit of a mess. Otherwise, our room was clean & nice and the staff was very courteous.
-
Great location. Inside is much prettier than the facade. Friendly staff, modern/clean lobby, convenient and cheap parking options in addition to the valet option.
-
Downtown location was convenient and very clean rooms The whole building was hot, the only place that was cool were the rooms. Breakfast was good but was in the area where there was no AC running. One of the two elevators were broken and took forever to get on, sometimes when it would open the elevator was full of people and would have to wait and re press the button up to two more times for the elevator to clear out, and multiple times ended up using the stairs because of this. Along with waiting in the muggy hallways for an elevator to open was unpleasant. There is also no where on this booking website that states you have to pay for parking. Valet through the hotel is $45 a night, or you pay $15 a day through the city for the parking lots across or right next to the hotel.

Great location in downtown Denver. Just a short walk to 16th street. Parking could have been better.

I liked that the room was big they also had big containers of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff was very nice. I got the room with two queen beds and one sofa bed so I could have a bed for me, my son and my two daughters. When we opened the sofa bed the sheets had yellow and brown stains on them. We couldn’t use it. We were between picking a room with just two queen beds as it was cheaper ultimately went for comfort so I got the with the sofa bed and which I payed more for.
