The room was clean. The staff was there to help me. They have a valet parking which made life so much easier for me and my family. They even had my car ready for me before the valet even opened. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to everything

Great breakfast and good overall hotel.

The staff at this location have been incredibly helpful. I have been extending my hotel stay day-by-day due to a family member being hospitalized. The hotel has been my second home for almost 2 weeks- your staff has been kind, helpful and allowed me to continue to stay in the same room. It reduced my stress considerably. Would highly recommend. The location was very convenient as well.

The pool was another disappointment, as the water was so cold that it was practically unusable. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the staff. Most employees were unfriendly and did not make guests feel welcome. The worst experience was with Austin, one of the valet parking supervisors, who was disrespectful, rude, and even behaved aggressively toward us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Given the condition of the facilities and the poor level of customer service, we cannot recommend this hotel. We hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The daily breakfast was nice to have and the day staff were friendly. There is only off street or a lot next door, so paying for parking was a bit pricey. There was only one working elevator and the beds were not very comfortable.

Loved the option of a 2 story room.
-
Helpful & friendly staff. Room was great! Breakfast was 5 star all the way as far as a free hotel Breakfast goes. Parking was a bit of a pain but it's to be expected downtown & free parking can be found nearby. For the price you won't find a better place to stay in Denver. Only complaint is the pool was way too cold to be comfortable, but the kids didn't seem to mind & they loved it.

It's not in a great neighborhood. The valet parking was required at $45. The people parking didn't seem or look trustworthy so we didn't do that

We were supposed to stay 4 nights. The first 2 nights were terrible so we checked out. One of the 2 elevators had been out of order for over a year, based on old reviews. The only other one was working when we checked in, then was broken that night when we got back to the hotel at 10:30pm. Working again the next morning, broken when we returned at 11:30pm. We were on the top floor, so had to climb 12 flights of stairs (6 floors) to the room. My husband is a disabled vet and had a very hard time doing this. The staff was very unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation. In addition, the breakfast area was not clean. Trash cans overflowing, a lot of stains on the chairs and carpet. Trash cans outside the main entrance also overflowing. Room was just ok. Sink faucet would take an additional few seconds to stop running once turned off. Overall, this is a badly maintained property. I have never written a bad review of a hotel and usually go out of my way to write good ones. I chose this hotel because we have always had good luck with Hampton Inn. Not this time!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Breakfast was well stocked, even close to closing time. We did have to pay for parking unfortunately, although there were many spots available.
-
Bad: staff in reception and valet was unfriendly, shower head and tv not working properly
-
I would not stay again intentionally.

Typical Hampton lnn. Because you're in downtown Denver, you will be required to pay for parking. Conveniently located to a shopping district with multiple bars and restaurants.
-
The hotel is perfectly located for visiting St Joseph hospital. Close to great restaurants as well.
