Nice quiet room. Even with construction nearby.

Tried this hotel because it was a boutique and different from other luxury hotels we’re familiar with but there was nothing luxurious about this hotel. Huge let down (catfished from the pictures). Paid nearly $800 for 3 nights. Would never recommend this location and idk if I would try the other locations. Thank you for the complimentary drinks…it helped. The staff we interacted with were really kind otherwise I’d leave 1 star.

The property is fine, was under some renovations so that throws things off - the rooftop pool was not heated and don’t not have the bar they advertised. And none of the staff could answer questions about it. We frequently had to request extra things as the room wasn’t stocked to the people in the room. Over all it was fine but not amazing

Check-in, construction, terrible wi-fi

We stay here every time we are in denver and love it. We go to a ton of Redrocks shows so we are here a lot! Roof top pool is great

Staff and friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and fast. Room was clean a very spacious and quiet. Pool area was nice. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was very good and our server was great.

We stayed in a very large suite. I was impressed by the size and layout of the space. The overall feel of the hotel and room was nice. The room didn’t necessarily feel dirty but the space was heavily warn. Stains on the furniture, rug and some linens, which was disappointing for the Warwick brand. Linens were not on the pullout bed but the staff was prompt to provide when we called, even after 1:00 am. The air conditioning struggled to maintain cool temperatures when we had the curtains open in the living area. The pool on the roof was a very nice amenity and the attached restaurant had a great atmosphere and good breakfast. I found myself a little disappointed but the price was very reasonable so it evened out in the end.

it was lovely inside and out and in very great location nothing

I liked the staff, complimentary drink, and how convenient it was in the city. I didn't like how there wasn't a microwave, you couldn't use the fridge, you had to pay for wifi, and couldn't take a towel down from the pool to your room.

Upon arrival immediately started off on a bad note. The room that I reserved more than 2 months prior husband double booked so I went into a king room that did not have a balcony and I had to wait over 2 hours for a rollaway bed to be delivered to the room. When the rollaway bed was delivered the linen on the bed was dirty. They did give us a couple of complimentary beverage slips the first night and then after talking to a manager the second day was able to get 20% off of my booking price. My family did like the pool. We did not like that you're not allowed to take the towels from the pool to the hotel room without being charged. Another big issue I had was paying for parking while already paying good money for a beautiful room you would think that the parking would be included but it is not. We paid $35 a night to park in the lot behind the hotel so you're able to come and go as you please. Be careful where you decide to park some places charge you to park and then you have to pay again when you go back.

Great location. Large and comfortable room. Really recommend it
-
It was cute and had character. Central location close to lots of restaurants. The water temperature control was not functioning, the parking situation was not disclosed on booking until a message a couple days before our stay and it was already paid for… would not have booked this option if we had known it would be an additional fee for outdoor unsecured parking. The deposit ended up being double what was communicated on booking - $150 instead of $75.

The rooftop pool is beautiful but the water was too cold for me to get in. Breakfast is good and I especially liked the 20% off discount and free coffee. I recommend The Warwick, especially for the price. It’s an excellent value.

Location in downtown Denver was perfect for us. Hotel itself is great and the rooms have plenty of space. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing

Good, but aging property. Parking expensive, not convenient. Restaurant good, but expensive—had tables needing bused for over an hour
-
Didn't like that parking was either street meter parking or you pay valet $45 a night or park in their lot for $35 a night. Front desk needs to mention you will NOT be getting all your deposit back due to resort fees. Other them that my stay here was great.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Great location & on-site restaurant

The hotel itself is very nice and extremely clean. The downtown location while close to many things is not the best neighborhood.
