Budget Inn Denver Downtown

This place is a dump. Even the breakfast was sad. Decent coffee, however. Easy parking but people were getting high in the parking lot.

If you are looking for more than a place to crash you will be sorely disappointed.

Place needs a lot of updates. Room was ok but windows screwed shut. Door had big gap at bottom. Breakfast was lame toast and cereal wow. Pool was run down and not open.

It was a decent stay. Parking was easy and easy process to check in. Clerk wasn’t very personable so didn’t know where or when breakfast was. Room was clean

Location We left after 10 minutes and stayed at another Hotel. Stains everywhere, foul odor, didn't feel safe for my wife and daughter.

I should have known something was off when I walked in and the floor was filthy. Streaks of mud, footprints from past guests, bits of leaves and debris. But I told myself "I'm just here for one night, it'll be fine." Then I discovered that the windows didn't have locks. I was on the ground floor which meant anyone could walk around to the back and slide them open to get into my room. Then I tried to take a shower and discovered the plumbing is shot, and the water draining from the shower was bubbling up under the sink and flooded the room. And then I found lice in the bed. Staff were friendly about it but seemed barely concerned at all, I can only hope they actually acted properly and with haste.

Accessible entrance locked. You can't get inside to register or get to rooms. Card key never worked in the 3 days I was there. Door from the courtyard to breakfast area was locked, had to call to open. Morning clerks 7/11 blamed me for lack of access!!!

The only reason to stay here is the access to Empower stadium. The rooms are dirty. Nothing is maintained well. Even the lobby didn’t have air.

The location was perfect It wasn’t in good repair. The beds were clean but everything else was falling apart and stained. The grounds were not clean, there was garbage about. The toilet would not fill with water as we were leaving.

Nothing The place was filthy, door looked like it had been kicked in, the window wouldn't close to lock the curtains were torn with small holes in then, the bed frames were unstable,and location felt very unsafe, which is why we didn't stay and opted to go to another place. I'm only regret is not taking pictures, but we were more concerned about finding another place on short notice.

Like that it was 5 minutes to the stadium. Rest of the room was horrible.bathroom sink faucet came off, the fan ceiling was hanging from the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. AC unit was covered with dirt. Bedding wasn’t very clean.lamps didn’t work. You get what you paid for. Stay far away from this place. Not worth even one night!!

Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was EXCELLENT.. BUT the toilet ran 24/7, the ceiling and walls in the bathroom were soaked from water leaking in the walls. There was a 2 inch gap in the floor and the front door, 1 towel for 2 people. Multiple holes in the walls .. there was even a band-aid covering a hole and it was painted over. A lot on malingering people outside hotel. This place was one of the top 3 WORST places we have ever stayed !
