Budget Inn Denver Downtown

It was expected to have some fruits, egg or some fresh items instead of just a bread.

Unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel. They didn't clean our rooms they have no trash cans for our trash no phones to call recepción they have a swimming pool is closed. They mentioned breakfast and all they had was toast and coffee. Poor customer service.

No pool, trash bags laying around, refused to provide receipts!

The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were just terrible however. I say this without hate in my heart because it is a very cheap place so you get what you pay for. However, be prepared for your room to smell like cigarettes, the tub has a massive patch in it, a crackhead knocked on my door at 4:30 am looking for a dollar, and the sink had burn marks on it. Cheap, great staff, great price, horror show room.

Nothing Everything

The pool was down never said anything when booking the room is not what we expected at all need lotta work unfortunately I mean has a bed and bathroom but I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Old, worn out hotel. Pool and hot tub are empty pits. Bed sagged badly in middle, making sleep difficult. All amenities were far away in a seperate building, requiring outside walk. Would not stay here again.

A man that worked for the property walked in well I was nude and said he thought the room was supposed to vacant. The door seems to be broken. I felt violated of my privacy.

This hotel is one of the most unprofessionally ran hospitality based establishments that i have had the most terrible time arguing with staff and being discriminated against. The staff member work in the front desk the other day I tried to check in because I did that I was going to split second I've seen us she would claim we were on the do not rent list and you made that choice without actually even checking IDs to see if we were on that list or not she had also given us no explanation to why we were not allowed at the property and I believe this is a common problem for most people that go and try to stay as hotel if they're younger or if they dress a certain way

There was one security lock on my door and it did not latch unless you lifted the door when closing. Every sound of the night outside sounded like it was in my room. Which doesn’t help with the drunk and drugged out “residents” of the hotel are yelling until 4 am. When I first arrived, I used the toilet. The seat was broken and almost through me off. Decided to take a shower prior to meeting friends out and the noise was so loud from out side I thought my windows were open. They weren’t, but I discovered that they did not have locks on them at all and could easily be opened. So, when I left to go out, I took everything with me as I do not think it would be there when I came back. The swimming pool advertised is empty and looks like a pit of trash. Needless to say. I went back to Wyoming early. Left after departing from my friends in Downtown Denver.

I don’t know how this place is still open, it is not maintained in the slightest. The front desk staff was friendly, however.

Thanks for the hospitality and accommodations in such short notice. Will definitely be back again.

Good for games and if you are looking for a cheap hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was amazingly helpful but because it’s an older hotel, it could definitely use an upgrade on some maintenance.
