The hotel has so much potential, but it badly needs a remake in every way. The location to downtown is great. The Latina front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. But it's very dirty in there.

The staff was very friendly and accountable, until I meet Ann, she charged me extra $100 because she said I didn't report my dog but I did I was charged $100 and I have proof of my dog being reported and paid the fee, she was mean at all times, she is in the night shift and you will have a bad experience with her, the rest of the crew was being very helpful and understanding

The only thing missing was the chalk line outlining where the body was. Felt like getting on the elevator was a risk itself. Surprised it even worked. Better off paying a little more and going across the street.
-
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the old AC unit worked. Best feature is the location: near DT, Coors Field, Elitches, and immediately off I-25. However, so are 3 other hotels.

sketchy, view is gorgeous

Room was filthy, people were hanging out in the parking lot listening to loud music into the night. Would not recommend.
-
The overall property and rooms, were not fantastic. The sink and countertop were not wiped down. There was a cover popped up in the bathroom for a large drain. None of the USB ports on any of the fixtures worked. You could definitely tell people had smoked in it once, recently. The room had its upgrades: newer TV, newer bed, new fixtures, new TV stand. But there's that old saying, you can put lipstick on a pig... Also, when the staff warns you that this place is "lively" at night, it's just not a good sign. There were a good amount of cop cars there about about 12:00 to 1:30 a.m.

This hotel was grossly misrepresented on Expedia and should be looked into for accuracy. As a Facilities Manager and Construction Manager, I have to say that whomever owns and operates this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly, it should be flagged for safety reasons and shut down until improvements can be made. The property is severely run down, filthy and neglected. I plan to contact the BBB, The City Buildings Dept of Denver, the Fire Chief for that District and local City Council reps with my concerns. I travel extensively for work and have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. The staff was very pleasant, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this facility.

My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Do NOT stay here! This place is horrible and unsafe! We had no idea what we were getting in to, I booked here because it was close to Empower stadium for a concert. We arrived to find a very dirty, and dingy motel with burn holes on curtains. And weird stains on walls and floors. We decided to stay the night only because we were exhausted. Our socks quickly became black from grim. The wall sockets sparked when we plugged in our phones. We walked to the store and noticed alot of shady people around the parking lot. My teenage son stepped on a dirty needle on walkway to our room . He had thick shoes on and it did not penetrate his shoes. We were exhausted and it was late so we went to bed. Woke up to screaming in the night, man and woman next door were fighting so loud sounded like they might come through the thin wall.. People coming and going all night from next door. Likely drugs. Did not sleep. Felt unsafe. Went to complain in morning and try to get my money back but there were a few shady people lurking in lobby. We left and found a safe place to stay. Talked to expedia to try to get money back for second night as we felt unsafe but the hotel refused. This place should be torn down or not rented to unsuspecting travellers who have no idea what they are getting into!!!. I hope expedia takes them off their site. Please read all reviews before booking. I didnt read through them all and wish I had of. This place is UNSAFE!!

Great hotel, great price, will come again

Nothing good to say. Mold and disgust everywhere. Felt unsafe, Did not even stay. Left and found a better place and received NO refund. HORRIBLE. Do not book. Would you sleep in this bed?!

The room was dirty. As soon as I walked in the door there was dirt clearly visible on the floor. I lifted the mattress to see if there were bedbugs and I didnt see bedbugs but there was a random lightbulb under the mattress. The TV didnt work so I just used my phone to watch HBO max. The pool was out of service. I stayed here because I attended the Zach Bryan concert as it was walking distance. The only good thing was the location and the friendly staff who checked me in 1 hour early.

It was a little run down but it did look like a work in progress. The price was great, the staff quite nice and the parking was convenient. Breakfast was mediocre, it consisted of pastries out of a box, toast and cold cereal. There was hot coffee, tea and some incredibly awful juice in a machine.

Do not stay here! It was a terrible experience, hotel looks run down on the outside and inside. Room we were given had not been clean, food was still on the floor. When we asked them for a room clean all they did was sweep the food up. No further cleaning even though it was apparent it had not been properly cleaned before. I requested a refund through Expedia and they said they could not reach the property. No refund even though we left immediately and did not spend the night there. Save your self this and spend $20 more a night for a different hotel it’s not worth the savings.

Great stay for the value

So unsafe. Elevator and hallways are dirty and run down. The room itself had mold and red spray on the walls. Overall, the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. I didn’t even feel safe staying the night there and they wouldn’t give me a refund, even though they were false advertising.
