An excellent place to stay at. The property was very clean. Tight security to get in and out.
-
Parking was a nightmare. Very difficult to find parking during business hours. Bathroom sink was backed up.
-
Clean room, kitchen, apartment style, very convenient.
-
The AC was broken so the room was 86 degrees. No coffee in the room. Loved the location though.
-
Beautiful place in an excellent walk around neighborhood of LoHi. Everything was clean and the vibe of the neighborhood was fun and felt safe. Loved having the small washer/dryer combo for our longer stay. The beds were more like full and stiffer more like European style.

Great Location, walkable to restaurants and downtown

TV would not work, no internet connection. I had to use my phone for hotspot. Coffee maker does not work! Tried 3 times and had to clean up 3 messes. Gave up and was going to leave a note, but did not have a pen. Location felt safe and close to everything!

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency kitchen with full refrigerator and all necessary utensils and dinnerware. The down comforter had someone else’s cheese or something that looked like cheese, so that was an unpleasant sight. Overall a good experience, wish washcloths had been provided, I used a hand towel instead.

The bed is too small, not even a queen.

Very clean and nice place! Very good amenities and location. Just had some trouble with over the phone help.
-
All automated quite nice actually very user friendly. The place is way above average! Highly recommend this as a very unique taste of Brand New Automated Hotels. I enjoyed every aspect of this Hotel .

Location in LoHi is exceptional. Unstable desk.
-
Easy access & great neighborhood The main area had a bit of a musty ody

Check-in process was awful, they never sent instructions and when I arrived it took over an hour to get someone on the phone and be able to check in. Their call center is very hard to reach and the person that resolved was not really nice.
-
Loved the location and how clean the facilities were also how close it was to restaurants and shops.
-
The location is very good, everything is walkable. Easy to get in and out of the hotel.

The property was clean, well maintained, and provided us what we needed for our stay! A nice addition for longer stays is the fully stocked mini kitchen with plenty of options if you are looking to cook your own food and make your own coffee. We found the location to be great for leisurely activities and a close distance to downtown Denver as well as walking distance to restaurants and taprooms. The individually coded self-serve entry was also very convenient, although we did encounter another guest who would’ve appreciated a front desk associate. The ease of requesting cleaning supplies and new bath towels was not super convenient. It would be helpful to have a clearer option there. Also, initially upon booking, the mandatory contract came from an unknown number and not the number associated with the booking information. I called the number provided in the booking to confirm the legitimacy of the link and they said they would alert the property owner. Just something to consider that may make the confirmation process smoother for guests. Additionally, the step by step entry instructions were very helpful, but the photos of the outside of the building require an update as upon arrival, the pictures reflect that of the building across the street and the directions to the dumpster are not entirely accurate. I will also add, that the photos of the room included what appeared to be a living room space, but there was no living room/couch area. The room we had was a kitchen, cute/small two-seater table, a queen size bed, and a bathroom. It was great, but not exactly what I saw in the booking overview. Overall, not too much about the property itself that we did not like and our stay was great!

1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire stay. 7. no front desk or property management to go to. Only a phone number and excuse after excuse. 8. Very noisy. You hear so much from out side they put white noise machines in the room to try and drown out the traffic and people yelling. And we were on the 4th floor and it was still bad. 9. The is NO parking to be found near the property. You have to park blocks away and the whole area is 3 hour limit parking. I could go on an on. If you want to have a good time on vacation. stay somewhere else.

Perfect for my stay! In a very cute and walkable neighborhood.

Great amenities and room, walkable area. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time (week I was there). I work remotely and this was a huge disturbance to my work. I went to Cafe Bravo for good internet many times. The property did nothing about it and has offered a $70 compensation for my full $711 week.
