Very clean , convenient location Parking if you didn’t want to pay per day for garage, front desk when I checked was nasty to us.

Great location for city access & in a great local neighbourhood, breakfast was average, my room was well equipped & functional but no view, a small window & dark. Onsite laundry well priced & very useful and the staff were helpful. I’d probably stay again but would book a city view room.

Very much a business efficiency hotel. The pool is very small. Room was clean. Staff was lackluster. Location very convenient.

Only area for improvement would be that the entry is not marked well. It is in the garage under the hotel. Would be extremely helpful if there were more / better signs. Great place to stay and would come again.

Clean property and rooms. Free street parking is tough to come by, so we ended up paying for overnight parking which should be included in the cost of the hotel. Otherwise, a great stay.

Convenient and close to Ball Arena and Elitches. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not very well stocked. 30 minutes before it was over they were out of just about everything and did not restock.

The property was clean and very peaceful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The complementary breakfast has great variety. I didn’t like that they charged for parking if you park in the hotel parking lot. You could park on the road for free… but where you would park there are people living in the grass area. I feel like the air conditioning is preset you can try changing the temperature but in a couple mins it’s back to 80 so that was frustrating being that it was 93 degrees during our stay. Overall comfortable, but for the price parking should be free.

What a disappointment! Yes, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Many thanks for that. On the positive side, the beds were quite comfortable. However, the view out the window was terrible, overlooking an unused, empty concrete space, and this in a state and city with gorgeous views. What a downer. Oh...the room, 339, had no ceiling light, and one inadequate lamp between the two beds, one desk light, only one chair; no place to just sit, relax and read. The micro wave needs some maintenance. I could not access the Wifi, and heard others complaining about that factor. I also had a bit of difficulty actually finding the motel; luckily we found on the street parking; the hotel's parking fee was quoted to me as $45 per night. Uh...what? Yup, $45.... And...I neglected to use my Marriott member number in making the reservation, so paid top dollar, for us, a large amount. We will not return, even though we do have to return to Denver soon.
