Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown

Check in was fast and easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was well managed with frequent refresh of serving containers. Location was convenient for downtown activities and a short Uber ride from Union Station.

Had no idea there would be a $45 parking fee per day. Ridiculous!!!!

Road parking worked out but was hit or miss, we happened to hit.

The property was clean and in the perfect location to visit the downtown aquarium. The customer service was not the best it took nearly an hour just to check in.

The biggest upset was about the parking - it is $45/day, not for the nights you stayed. We spent 3 nights, but we got charged for 4 days. And I specifically asked about the amount charged when I checked in. There is the option to park on the streets around the hotel, but there were homeless people roaming around.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. I was surprised to find out that parking in the garage was $45 per night. We would have stayed longer but there was no other choice in parking. The room and facility was immaculate.

This is a great place to stay! We stay here when we visit Denver. The location is amazing, great access to downtown for concerts, sporting events, restaurants, shopping and more. The rooms are clean and breakfast is great. The views of the city are great and the staff are very nice and always helpful. There is also added security with the parking garage that is available for extra cost, but there is also street parking available which is also a nice option to have. Love this place!

Pool was lame. To small. Get a hot tub. Super clean and wonderful people. Breakfast was solid. Do better!

If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots
