Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown

What a disappointment! Yes, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Many thanks for that. On the positive side, the beds were quite comfortable. However, the view out the window was terrible, overlooking an unused, empty concrete space, and this in a state and city with gorgeous views. What a downer. Oh...the room, 339, had no ceiling light, and one inadequate lamp between the two beds, one desk light, only one chair; no place to just sit, relax and read. The micro wave needs some maintenance. I could not access the Wifi, and heard others complaining about that factor. I also had a bit of difficulty actually finding the motel; luckily we found on the street parking; the hotel's parking fee was quoted to me as $45 per night. Uh...what? Yup, $45.... And...I neglected to use my Marriott member number in making the reservation, so paid top dollar, for us, a large amount. We will not return, even though we do have to return to Denver soon. May all of you be well....

A great spot close to Denver attractions. Our personal thoughts were the price for parking was steep and the rooms were small for a party larger than 2-3. Those with vision problems may also find the rooms very dark in the evening.

The rooms were very nice and clean The unclear about the 50 dollar hold on the app I thought it was taken out already on top of the price I was paying but I had to add it at the property again.. but now I know

I was impressed this was an excellent stay for us. The entire experience was great from check in to check out, super clean rooms great view, comfy beds, great shower. Very close to downtown and Coors Field and Mile Stadium were minutes away. Its a big thumbs up for me.

Great location in Denver. Underground parking available for $45, some on-street parking easy to find before evening. Loved the balcony room!

Check in was fast and easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was well managed with frequent refresh of serving containers. Location was convenient for downtown activities and a short Uber ride from Union Station.

Had no idea there would be a $45 parking fee per day. Ridiculous!!!!

Road parking worked out but was hit or miss, we happened to hit.

Pool is smaller but did stay open until 11, not a detourant, breakfast was not great but may have been in the middle of re stocking,
