queen beds. traffic noise and breakfast on weekdays ended early.

The hotel was just OK. Location was good, close to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the same thing for all 4 days, the staff was not friendly, wouldn’t even answer when greeted with a “good morning” from us.

The staff, specifically the girls at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful. The lobby area is updated and clean. I stayed here with my mom as she was undergoing surgery in Denver. We got in late, grabbed food, came back to go into our room (should have checked it before leaving for dinner) and when we reached the top floor where our room was, there was about 6 or 7 people sleeping in the hallways. There was people in front of our doorway to our room and we felt very unsafe so we went back downstairs to inform the front desk. At this point we were so uncomfortable we just wanted to leave. We informed the front desk of the issues we were having and let them know we wanted to check out. While I understand you cannot always refund a guest, if I did not stay, and specifically felt uncomfortable, I would hope I could get some sort of compensation. The manager has made no effort to call me back and offer me any compensation. I have spoken with the girls at the front desk twice now trying to take care of this issue. They have been as helpful as they could be but ultimately it is the manager's decision to compensate. As a general manager of a hotel myself, I find this unacceptable and shocking to say the least. Unfortunately, will not be staying here again.

Love the location of this hotel. Easy access to downtown Denver. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always nice to have after a late concert or game night!

could not turn on heater in my room!!

Best bed I’ve slept on in 2 weeks! Pillows were great, shower hot and extras appreciated. Didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast, so can’t rate that. Only problem was the heating/cooling system. When we arrived, it was turned off and the room was freezing. Turned on the system, and the fan was extremely loud and rattling. We attempted to turn the fan to low, adjust the temperature, and everything else we could think of, but nothing changed the fan noise. We ended up just turning it off and hoping that it didn’t get too cold during the night. We didn’t report it because we were leaving to go out, and couldn’t wait for a maintenance person.

We have been going to Denver for concerts and have stayed here for about the last 10 years. Hotel was dirty and in need of

Breakfast key never properly worked, had to rekey multiple times.

I really can’t complain. I think they are working on doing some updating, which will take time. Room was clean, sheets were clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad! The restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Front desk staff were all very friendly. The only frustrating thing were the elevators, very slow. But still worked 🤗 would stay here again.

The employees at the bar was awesome and friendly. Everytime we left the room, when we came back the door wouldn't unlock so we'd have to go back downstairs to have them reset the key to open the door. There was no water pressure. At night when we'd try to get the heat to come on it would just blow cold air, even set to 90. There was no cable whatsoever. When I brought up anything to front desk they just said I'll see if maintenance can get to it, but they never did. The last night we were there, some other guests were having the same a/c problems and the male employee at the front desk was very very rude. The price was great but I'll never stay there again!
