It was a clean nice hotel The location was behind a homeless shelter that had several fires in homeless camps around it. Drugged out people all around walking down the road and laying in the road less then a block away from the hotel.

The room was good, but there was a significant homeless population around the hotel. Especially when driving in, and in the parking areas. Nothing happened with them, but it is a little sketchy loading and unloading the car before you get into the locked hotel.

We did not get to go because there isn’t snow. I tried to get it canceled or changed but I went in circles. Very user unfriendly. Won’t use Expedia again.

The hotel is very nice, it's reasonably close to the airport, but the neighborhood isn't very good.

Have stayed here for years. Always clean, updated, great staff. City of Denver, however, is allowing encampments all around and degrading the quality of the experience for visitors.

Close to the beautiful shops at Northfield. Great shops ans restaurants. Have to drive past a homeless encampment to get to the hotel. You have to be diligent about keeping your eye on everyone standing around the street they have a tendency to walk out in front of you as you're driving. Mattress on bed was not comfortable. We woke up sore both mornings.

It was a great stay. It was a very nice and clean hotel and my girlfriend and I felt very comfortable. Everyone was a lot of help as well so thank you. I would stay here again in the future!

Inside the facility is clean and no problems. The homeless shelter next to the hotel is going to run this place out of business eventually. They are littered up and down the street but did stay away from the actual hotel property. They were having a conversation in the street and would not move, it was like I was inconveniencing them by having to drive by. Cops were arresting people our first night we left to go to downtown.

The moetel was clean and had friendly security guards. The motel is next to a homeless camp, and some type of shelter. The motel did have tight security and was very friendly. I never felt unsafe, I just did not enjoy the area of the motel location.

Great stay, friendly staff, perfect location.

We get here after a broncos game and the lady at the desk tells us she doesnt have the room thats already been confirmed for at least two weeks. Very disappointing and she was not too apologetic for the mistake her staff made. All she did was say we can give you a refund. Now were trying to find a hotel at 10 pm.

Nice staff and clean

Easy check-in. Heater for room did not work. Food at restaurant (turkey club) was not good at all.
