Property is newly renovated! Staff are so nice and helpful. Comfortable beds. Very convenient.

They advertised a coffee bar or safe in the room, which the website stated they had. The daily morning breakfast was from 6a-9a and twice it was shot down at 8:30a. The rooms were cramped & the bathrooms were so small you could barely close the door. The staff seemed friendly but also seemed unhappy as it wasn’t a typically professional staff working. You sensed frustration with them. Last, $8 for paying customer to park their 1st night.

Plane was delayed called and told we would be later, had to call to get someone for front desk.

I could not close the blinds and the streetlights outside ensured the room was quite bright all night.

A recent "find" close to DIA that was quiet, clean, and had good ventilation and location. Stayed prior too flight out and early morning shuttle service was great as well as parking and pick-up. All staff pleasant and helpful :-)

Comfortable beds, helpful staff, easy parking. Missed breakfast leaving at 530am but you can't have it all.

I would never stay at this place again. Even though it is on hotel row near the airport and the outside of the building looks well maintained, the interior and rooms are very aged and have had marginal renovations at some point. My biggest complaint is with the room and the staff. I arrived very late due to a late flight. Unfortunately, I arrived after midnight, so no shuttle bus running. BTW, if you need to go to the airport earlier than 4 am, you can forget about that also. Got to the hotel around 1 am, wanted to get to the room and get some sleep before an early morning. Awoke in the morning, no caffeinated coffee for the coffee maker, thermostat on the wall flashing "Err", no bath towels, and to top it off, the phone didn't work. I refused to call the desk 200 feet away with my cell phone and go through the countless prompts and also wasn't going to get dressed to go to the front desk to ask for all those things to be corrected. Got ready to check out and stopped by the front desk to let them know it was a very unsatisfying stay. Listed the issues above, response was absolutely ridiculous. Firstly, I was informed that the thermostat on the wall was not connected to the AC unit in the room (not sure why its there then), asked why I didn't call about the towels or coffee, and before I could tell her it was because the phone didn't work either, she continued to interrupt me and let me know all that she had to say. Absolutely rude as can be and the place is awful. Good luck.

The hotel was okay the bathroom is super small like you have to back into the toilet to open and close the bathroom door.... the toilet seat was so loose when you sat on it it would slip off the toilet but the good thing is maintenance came and fixed ot right away.... the toilet stopped flushing we had take to open the tank of toilet to get it to flush but overall the stay was alright

like Fresh Paint Hotel not As Fancy For The Price & 2nd Floor Had Lots Of Mess In The Hallway

The room was clean. The hallways were cluttered with debris due to remodeling I think. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working right. It was difficult to keep the room cool. The staff did their job but didn't really interact with us. There was no hand soap in the room, only wall dispensers of lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was wonderful though.

The room has recently been repainted and felt very clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The A/C was typical and adequate. Breakfast was just OK. No fruit, but there were burritos which is fitting for Denver. And enough other carbs, like toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles. The pool was small and adequate for a hotel, but not too inviting because it seemed a bit mirky. We did not swim. Desk staff was very efficient. There are lots of restaurants nearby because of all the hotels around there. Near the airport. Easy to access.

My four night stay was perfectly acceptable. Some construction noise but not too bad
