very good stay

Clean room, awesome staff.

Breakfast and front desk staff were nice. I didn’t realize this was a motel when I booked it and I didn’t know I had to pay $15 per night for parking.
-
Full kitchen, nice room with seating area. Great air and heat. Nice water pressure.

The good; decent breakfast with lots of options from scrambled eggs to waffles and oatmeal/cereal, a couple of lovely staff who really stood out including the breakfast caretakers and daytime front desk staff, easy walking to Ball Arena and a longer walk or short Uber to downtown Denver including 16th St Mall and Union Station. The not-so-good; our first encounter was with the night manager who was not very friendly and gave terrible directions on how to get to our room (keep in mind the property has several different buildings with multiple units… we arrived at night in the dark…), we notified staff twice that the light outside our room was burnt out or broken but it didn’t get replaced in the 3 days we were there (scary when you’re room door is in a far dark corner outside of a building and you’re coming in with your kiddos at night), sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable (my son ended up just sleeping on the couch made up with a sheet and blanket), though our reservation said 3 guests we had to specially request our 3rd person’s bedding and linens (no towels, no sheets, no pillows). Overall, I’d probably give the property a second chance, but only if the price stays right.

Everything was good except the pullout bed needed new mattress. Time to get a new mattress for customers. That’s my suggestion.

Maintenance guy needs a uniform. Walking around like a homeless guy. If he came to the door l wouldn’t open it. Lites out in our room and exterior. Only great experience was the woman at the front desk in the am.

Property is clean, room was very clean, staff super friendly and breakfast was great and the staff there was attentive and kept everything clean.

Staff was very personable and easy to work with during our stay. They were able to accommodate most of our needs the pull out bed in the couch. It was so incredibly uncomfortable. My finger was bigger than the thickness of the mattress in it, and as someone with a terrible back and joints, sleeping on this gave me a flare up

The reception staff was super friendly! The room was comfortable and good for studying, which worked for me perfectly, as I went to Denver to take an English proficiency exam. The food for breakfast was also good. The location was very convenient for me.
-
First room A/C was didn't work and they put in a portable A/C and sliding door you could easily someone could easily break in.
-
The room smelled like mold and the washer left a foul odor on my laundry I had to rewash them somewhere else

Staff was very friendly!

Room was clean, hotel staff not very friendly

Accommodations were clean, although there were grease handprints on the bathroom door and wall by the sink that we cleaned after arriving. Linens were in short supply in the bathroom and kitchen. Linens are available at the front desk if you choose to request more. All in all, we enjoyed the Residence Inn suite. A good option especially for those needing kitchen and refrigerator options while traveling.
-
Great central location! Walking distance to so many good restaurants and not too far from downtown!
-
The bathroom drawers were dirty. The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom door would not latch. The downstairs sofa mattress was dirty. After moving to another room, we got an upstairs toilet that took 5-10 min to fill the toilet tank, even with the valve wide open. Bathroom door hinges need oil.
