Dirty, loud, unsafe.

Never stayed at this property. Was unable to cancel.

The room was updated and modern! However the area felt a bit unsafe... The door to reception is constantly locked and early in the morning the key card would not work either.
-
The hotel was extremely dated and not very clean. It is also not very easy to access.

Some things were in disrepair, like the conditioner dispenser, the shampoo had menthol and so it felt like rubbing myself with mint everytime I showered which was ok a couple times and then it got old fast, the pool was flaking on the bottom which turned my feet blue as well, there was a part of the carpet that was coming up near the bathroom and I asked for only one cleaning a week since I was told the hotel wasn't doing daily cleaning, the first friday no one showed up, so I basically went two weeks without housekeeping, to top it off, there was blood on my comforter so I slept on the couch most of the stay. I dont like to complain so I didnt make a big deal out of these things, but I am far from happy with the hotel. Im sure my room was just unlucky.
