Clean room, great location

We had tickets to a concert at the Allstate arena, and this was the perfect spot! Literally a 10 minute walk, and the hotel had easy free parking. Staying there you wouldn’t even think you were so close to a little the arena, or the airport. A little pricy, but was worth it for all the convenience.

Room only had one chair for sitting we were a couple the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were great and room was clean parking was good as well as the breakfast and coffee

Nice hotel.

We loved how close it was to All State Arena! It was just a short walk away. Granddaughter was sad the pool heater was broken and the pool was very cold. Breakfast was sub par. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Over all it was a nice place for one night stay!

I just wanted to let you know that the front desk staff was super friendly during my stay. The room was spotless and I had a great time there. Thanks for making my experience so enjoyable!

My only concern was the check-in experience. I had to wait about 30 minutes before being assisted, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. The front desk had only one employee, who was dealing with a booking issue for that guest. After a long trip, I was very tired and looking forward to getting some rest, so the wait was particularly frustrating. Having a second staff member available at the front desk during situations like this would make a significant difference and help prevent long delays for other guests.

The housekeepers are too loud and yap too much while cleaning. I can hear them in my room gossiping. There was stomping noise from the room above and also adjacent rooms. Not good soundproofing design and disturbs sleep. The bathroom does not seem to have a working air extractor. The wall thermostat does not work. You have to operate the ac from the control on the window. So the wall panel is useless and confusing. One lamp to the side of the bed did not work. Room design lacks storage under bedside tables, desk chair is uncomfortable. Poor use of space. Parking is a plus. Gym was good.
