Staff was friendly. Pool water was a little cloudy but it wasn’t as freezing cold as some indoor pools are, so that was a plus! There was no lotion provided in bathroom, which it seems like is normally provided at hotels of this price. Also no robe. So bring your own robe & lotion! Would def stay here again when we watch our next show. Shoutout to Benson Boone who was amazing on our visit to Hyatt & Allstate Arena!!

My first impression was how dated the lobby felt. The small, dark reception area, worn carpeting, and dingy-looking bar immediately behind it made me question whether I wanted to check in. Check-in itself was quick and efficient, although a bit canned and lacking in sincerity. The walk to the elevators felt more like a service corridor than a hotel hallway. Worse, the hallways on both the main and guest-room floors smelled of damp carpet, and the worn, dingy surroundings added to the experience. Fortunately, the room was considerably better—nothing special, but clean, fresh, comfortable, and more than adequate for an overnight stay. Arriving late, I asked about dining and was directed to the completely empty bar area. Given the atmosphere, I chose to eat elsewhere. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was decent, aside from a couple of hard biscuits. Overall, if your goal is simply a clean, comfortable room close to O'Hare at a reasonable price, you probably won't be disappointed. If you're expecting a polished hotel experience with quality amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, you may find yourself writing a review much like this one.

Room was humid, room had a weird smell. When we first came the room smelled like they sprayed a whole bunch of air freshener in it. After that smell went away, it just didnt smell good in there.

My room was dirty. I went to lay in my bed and there was hairs under my sheets and pillow, pubic hair under the sheet and bathroom. I called the front desk and it took over half an hour to have someone come clean the room when they came to clean the room. The lady said that is that the morning crew gets so many rooms and they just sometimes have to even skip rooms. They don’t have much time. The hotel is really rundown it smells. The beds are super old to be Hyatt I expect higher expectation this hotel felt more like a motel. I would not recommend.

Staff is very friendly.

No water was available on our second day from evening until next day. To use toilets we had to go down to lobby from our 7th floor room, even next morning we had to leave without showers. No owners or managers were present to answer the timing of solving the problem. Worst management. No compensation was offered for our suffering
