Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG

The front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their excellent service and warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and great location

Nice hotel. Restaurant was very nice and the food was amazing. Front desk was not very helpful. Beds were not very comfortable. Also we were on the 8th floor. There was a wedding going on . On 9th floor. Was very loud. They did warn us. But wow u thought they were going to come through the ceiling.

Everything was fantastic. We missed breakfast though because we had an early flight. It would be nice to offer muffins or fruit or something to those leaving really early.

Overall excellent hotel, easy access to the airport, clean, well maintained, amazing breakfast and the staff at the on-site restraint is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I was surprised to be charged a $20 per day parking fee. There was also no complimentary morning coffee except in the room--and that was one cup only.

Well fire alarm went off amd no hot water but staff great and the restaurant staff was excellwnt

That airport shuttle is so convenient for getting on that Blue Line train

I had a swollen nerve ball in my foot, so sometimes I’d be back in time for a late dinner. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the location, we were flying out the next morning and had to drop off our rental car early the next morning, it was maybe a 3 minute drive to the rental car drop off!

The room was clean and well furnished. We received shuttle service from the airport. The breakfast we purchased from the restaurant was delicious. Just a few minutes away from the airport. Definitely recommend.

Our hot water didn’t work. When we called the front desk they said they would send someone to look at it. No one came. Also the tv wouldn’t work.

Great stay

Room was clean and hotel staff was very kind! However when we arrived in our room there was no hand soap or usual toiletries on or around the sink other than towels. This wasn't rlly an issue for us since we only stayed one night but not having it was kind of a bummer. Also our room door had at least an inch and a half gap at the bottom of the door and if someone was determined they could've bent down and looked thru the gap and seen into our room. Kind of an uncomfortable thought especially when you're trying to sleep lol. Otherwise wonderful location and wonderful stay for us and our needs!
