Airport shuttle to and from O’Hare was easy and free. Making it a great place to rest your head for the night. Our window leaked during thunderstorms and the toliet was also having issues.

parking $20 a day (ridiculous for the location and price) expensive hotel. staff refuses to bring anything to room which is crazy for a luxe hotel cost

Lo que no está bien es que solo recojan en un lugar si llegas a una terminal x tienes que trasladarte a hasta donde ellos hacen el servicio y aparte dure más de 45 minutos esperando el transporte cuando según están cada 15 minutos tuve que regresarme al aeropuerto y quedarme ahí con mi familia a hasta la mañana siguiente y aun así me hicieron el cargo aunque nunca llegue al hotel y mi reserva era pagar al llegar. No volvería ni ha intentar reservar con ellos menos recomendarlos
