Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG

Everything from the airport shuttle service to the clean room and comfortable bed was well done by this hotel staff.

I would not have booked breakfast if I'd known you could only get an American breakfast. (15 dollars). Should you want anything else off the menu, you have to pay full price. E,g Eggs Benedict at the same orice on menu...but you cannot offset this and have to pay the full price. Strange system.

The room was nice and spacious though. Walls are a bit thin, but it wasn't a busy night.

The front desk helped us with an early check in after our flights got canceled late in the evening! We were so appreciative and thankful!

Staff in the restaurant and front desk were extremely nice and very helpful and retrieving them. The only confusing part is I thought the kids got free breakfast and they said that was for the Staybridge only?

Reviews said this place was exceptional and it is not exceptional. It's about what you'd expect for an airport hotel - the shuttle and drivers were perfect, helpful, timely. The property was fine. The amenities in the rooms were less than what you get elsewhere. It was extremely overpriced. But ... I got to and from the airport reliablly and I guess that's the most important thing.

I picked this hotel because they had free shuttle, which was supposed to run every 30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes at the correct place at theairport and there was no shuttle. I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $40 for 2 mile ride. By then I was too tired to argue. Very disappointed with shuttle pick up. The shuttle in the morning to get back to the Airport and the Driver were excellent.

The room had visibly stained carpet. It made the room look dirty.

Everything was good, but there were black specks of something on the sheets. Unsure what it was.
