Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

I always stay at this hotel but this time i had a terrible experience. I stayed one night we came from a very tiring trip and we had hoped to get some rest but the person who was staying in the room next to us had very loud music and they were hitting the wall. We were trying to sleep but we just stayed up the entire night because of them. We had hoped to have a better response but they only gave us 35 dollars off as a discount. We felt like this was very unfair since we werent even able to have any rest.

Place was spacious, affordable, and located in the right spot. Breakfast spread was really nice but expensive.

Neat and convenient location

Beds were very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Restaurant had a varied menu and was reasonably priced. Easy shuttle to O'Hare to catch and early morning flight

The staff was amazing! Very helpful!!! So sad but the breakfast was not that great.

Everything was super clean. Customer service, excellent! Gym, the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Restaurant food and selections were great. Breakfast buffet, delicious. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Very happy with our stay.

Great location to stay near Airport Far from downtown

The service personnel were wonderful up to and including taking photos of guests at their request. The rooms were extraordinarily large and well appointed. Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago.

Very spacious room and an excellent stay. Each suite has its own living room separate from an oversized bedroom while there are big screen tvs in each. Perfect for travelers who need space to spread out, relax, unwind. Airport shuttle was super convenient, and to top it all off the workout room was impressive with numerous high end cardio options, machine and free weights, and plenty of room. Lastly, bar and courtyard downstairs were very aesthetically pleasing.

Spacious I could not take a shower because the handicapped room has a bath ,not a shower

I liked the room and the breakfast. Breakfast was convenient and there are options if you don't want the buffet. The location is close to the airport and even closer to the rental car return. The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the hotel carpets could use some deep cleaning or replacing.
