There is a “resort” fee that is NOT included in initial cost - charged at check in and parking is another fee - a little pricey too. Location to airport is good.

First off the staff was very unhelpful. I didn’t even know there was amenities there, which is something the front desk should be sharing with the customers. On top of that there’s a $26 parking fee. I understand that there is a fee but for these outrageous prices, why would there be a $26 fee? I will write my review separate from this one, but there has to be some consulting done on this end. I’ll never stay there again.

I really like this hotel bc it is so easy to get too. Short walk from the rental car facility and easy check in. I use this hotel every time I fly in because it is a good location. A little noisey for me on this last trip but otherwise nice hotel.

Second year in a row booking, Harry Caray restaurant is amazing

Our room was spotless and check-in was easy. We felt comfortable in the area and it was close to the transit. We would definitely stay there again!

We arrived at 4pm for check in. The Front desk staff was handling a long line of guests arriving for the 4pm check in time. They were both very friendly even when customers were less than friendly to them. Kevin helped me, he was very pleasant and accommodating . Well done by all staff

I stayed 2 nights. Airport shuttle pickup was on time but the only pickup location is at Terminal 2 which was not very convenient since I arrived to terminal 5. I enjoyed the stay. Excellent location, clean room, good size room, well maintained facility, friendly staff, very conveniently situated Italian restaurant.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I had injured my knee while walking to the subway. I was in a great deal of pain and the desk staff were so good in helping us get checked in quickly. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The van drivers were professional and helpful also. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for 4 nights. After the 2nd night/3rd day we had no housekeeping done to our room. No trash taken, no fresh towels, nothing. I called down to the front desk and the lady I spoke with was very rude and told me if I wanted housekeeping services I needed to call down and ask because they don’t come during the stay. That should have been something I was told at check in. Staying for 4 nights and paying hundreds of dollars I shouldn’t have to call down to have my trash taken and fresh towels brought to my room. There was also clear signs of mold starting in the corner of the bath tub.

Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t the best. We were only there for less than 24hrs. But after long drive I wanted a nice hot shower but the tub drain was clogged and disgusting.

It was an average hotel, nothing special about it, with the exception of the restaurant.
