Check in was not great and didn’t get the room I reserved

Excellent time spent in this beautiful hotel

STAFF- Depends on individual staff. A mix of friendly, professional when check in. A stern looking, not so friendly overnight guy but a very nice & helpful tall skinny young guy to a not so friendly check out girl. Breakfast- same old standard breakfast. Not consistent... Parking-$20/day Tap water-Musty smell the whole time. Facility is relatively new & still in good condition. Convenience- Target Plaza 5 min away with Outback, Chillis, Chipotle & big chain fast food restaurants.

The only thing I was little disapointed on they did not clear our room or leave towels when asked. We had to ask multiple times.

New and clean. The gym was good. Breakfast very nice. Front desk was average. Not super friendly and scoffed when we asked for an extra towel. Overall would stay again

it was ok, housekeeping forgot about me 2 days in a row when I asked to have it done every day but other than that it was ok

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. Lastly, the amenities around the hotel are endless. We will definitely stay here again.

It was okay nothing special. They had breakfast but the brands they used were really bad specially the cupcakes.

Nice new clean hotel. Breakfast is decent and there are options for adults and kids. The Gym is will stocked. Pool is decent. Located close to O'Hare if you want something close to the airport this is an ideal place.

Not sure who the young lady was at the desk, but she needs more training. She seems king of young, so I won’t hold it against her too much. However, she has to be more courteous. Other than that, the stay was “ok”.

Needed a room fast for an unplanned overnight stay in Chicago. Rolled the dice. My room was better than the higher priced room in California!

Unfortunately, the room was also not as clean as expected. There was trash behind the sofa bed, suggesting that the area had not been properly cleaned, and the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout our stay.

This hotel is conveniently located closed to the airport, multiple restaurants, and shopping centers including the Fashion Outlets. On the other hand, the place was cleaned, the staff was amiable and helpful and they offered complimentary breakfast. I recommend it!

was not there for long but got to enjoy the pool, which was so nice and warm. breakfast was good love those cinnamon rolls. room was very good.
