I have been to many holiday inns but I have had as bad room service as this one. The room was not cleaned in my 4 day stay twice. Everything was good expect that

The room was not clean- food bag was hidden behind the towels

Pool very small. Had teenagers picking each other up throwing them in pool. Screaming so loud. Need more chairs in pool area

Everything was excellent. Everybody was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Had the best vacation ever.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, fresh breakfast options, and easy parking. We stayed here for a Cubs game and it was easy to walk to the bus stop to the train station and one easy transfer to the game. Staff was very helpful and place was updated and clean.

Love the breakfast, parking were perfect

It was a very clean room with a nice walk in shower. We liked the extra lounge chair to sit or lay in and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had big bottles of Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was very useful and better than those little bottles you usually find in hotels. The only comment we have that we weren’t prepared for was the fact that we had to pay extra for parking there overnight. The cost was an extra $20 over the cost of the room which we thought was a bit much but maybe that’s how they do it in Chicago.

The front desk staff, cleaning staff and everyone was very helpful.
