Clean facility. Great staff. Loved that i was able to include parking when booking. Appreciate all the questions answered and patience with the questions. Also loved being able to check out via text.

The staff who checked me in was rude and was disrespectful. Another staff made me and my friend call the police after he came banging on our door at 6:30 am. The AC wasn’t working properly and some lights were off, the room was generally ugly . The manager was good but those two staff members were terrible!

Clean room. Great location for the airport. No airport shuttle was disappointing. Pool was cold. Staff are really friendly. Breakfast was really good.

Room and hotel were clean, it’s less than 0.5 miles from the airport, so great when you have an early flight. Plus - there’s a gas station right next to the hotel so filling up the rental car is convenient.

The staff was super pleasant. The rooms very clean. I really can't say enough about how great of a stay I had at this location. I have to go back to the airport in a week and will be staying here again.

Excellent location near the airport, convention center, and casino, and within walking distance of restaurants; the hotel was clean and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and delicious coffee. Great staff!

Customer service was inconsistent. Some staff members were courteous, but others seemed uninterested in addressing concerns or providing assistance. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or not well maintained, which was disappointing given the price of the stay. Overall, I didn't feel that the hotel provided good value for the cost. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has potential. However, based on this experience, I would likely choose a different hotel for my next visit.

The breakfast bar was OK but was not as nice as other places we have stayed. We didn't realize until after we paid for the hotel that parking was an extra $20 per night.

On first arrival. Our dead bolt lock would not lock. The front desk was able to give us a new room immediately which the door was able to dead bolt lock. . Rooms were clean. Easy to get extra towels . Dove products in room in case of forgetting . Free breakfast - we went down one morning closer to 9am. Which was the end time All food was gone Another morning went down earlier in the morning. Plenty of food options available. Cost 20$ a day to park car in lot Was my only complaint. Being so far from city not sure why they charge for parking But overall enjoyed stay

Numerous lightbulbs were missing from the lamps in the room and they did not replace them during my four nights stay

The breakfast is a strong point. Wide range of options and always enough seating. The food serving area is kept very clean. My room had some issues. Upon first arriving on Thursday, I noticed the deadbolt didn’t work. I asked front desk if it could be fixed or be moved- all rooms booked so they put in a maintenance order. When I checked out on Sunday the deadbolt still didn’t work. Very disappointed. Another issue is the toilet seat would not always stay up. Be advised you have to ask for housekeeping, and when I did only the towels and bathroom was cleaned; the bed wasn’t made up or changed. Good hotel for the price, but deadbolt issue means I probably wouldn’t stay again.
