Best Western At O'Hare

Few choices for breakfast. One waffle maker for tons of people and you were limited to make one waffle then you had to go to the end of the line if you wanted to get another one. Quality and quantity of breakfast.

closeness to the airport no airport shuttle. Called them, said that on their website that shuttles are temporarily unavailable. I wouldn't have known to check their website since i made the booking on this site. I messaged them through the app, a few days ahead of time and didnt receive a reply. Was forced to take a taxi to the hotel instead.

Very spacious rooms. Good free breakfast and free parking.

Location It claims to offer shuttle service, but no service available. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed that has no bedside table and lamps.

No wi-fi, amenities (gym specifically) were aged and in disrepair.

Only one tiny elevator used by everyone including maintenance. You had to wait a lot of others has to go up or down. Only two or three people fit on it.

They are a real asset for Best Western, Ohair. We really enjoyed our stay here and extended it for another 5 Nights . Will definitely come back again .

Yes all the above apply staff particularly pleasant and helpful

Exceptional

El hotel está muy sucio y huele feo además el desayuno es terrible la máquina del café se dañó y todo sucio

Very loud and sounded like a window was open. We could hear everything on the street. TV only got a few channels and there was no directions on how to operate.

Really good breakfast offering

Overall, very pleased with the place and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

It was a hotel, it was clean. Room was nice and comfortable.

Na Na

Front desk was very helpful . From holding our luggage to bringing an extra blanket. Very satisfied with my stay here

Very Cleandtaff very helpful

There’s no WiFi but they don’t mention this at all duri nag check in. Stains on carpet and noisy air conditioning unit plugged into a socket on the floor which vibrates. Mariah was particularly unhelpful when raising these concerns and the staff found it funny.
