La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

The room was very clean. The outside of the building looks to be in the middle of an upgrade. Great place for the price and the location.

Weather related delays left me at ORD in the small hours. This property is behind a Hyatt on Mannheim, next to a colosseum. The shuttle service for La Quinta ends at 10:00 p.m. and finding the shuttle pickup area at ORD is a puzzle. The exterior of the building is sad, but the lobby and room seemed new. There's a nice breakfast and brunch place nearby.

Air conditioning set at the desk. Room freezing cold. Smelled old. Suite was huge, yet bathroom very small. Never received deposit that was held

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, and the location near the airport was very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was good. I didn’t have any major issues during my stay.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was pretty clean, there is a microwave and a fridge inside the room. The shuttle to and from the airport is really accessible. The breakfast was very very limited, the power was off for an hour, no backup power generator. You hear all the aircrafts flying over the hotel that is landing.

Perfect location for Allstate arena Only one elevator so sometimes long wait.

It took a long time to get the shuttle for the hotel.

Amazing stay for the price. Staff on the reception was always helpful in our two night stay. They guided us through the stay as it was our first time in Chicago. Shuttle service was efficient. Breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage, cereal, peanut butter, fruits, coffee/tea etc. Overall happy with the stay.

Location is not obvious, it's behind another hotel. Grounds were poorly kept and in need of landscaping. Staff was nice and professional. Location was good for Allstate Arena, though you do have to navigate a 3 foot guardrail to make the walk reasonable. Also, charging hotel guests twenty dollars to park at your establishment is bit gluttonous. Room was fine other than the fact that it had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. Checked in later than I hoped and was in a hurry to get to the concert. Didn't notice until the next morning the gum wrappers and drink cup on the floor. No luggage rack in the room. Closet small/short, so if you have to hang a long dress/outfit you're out of luck. Breakfast food prep room is small and tough to navigate with more than a handful of people. Gets crowded easily. Standard free breakfast items. Only one carafe of coffee for all guests. Coffee was not readily available at times other than breakfast. In the future, I'll just pay the $25 to park at Allstate Arena and stay somewhere else.

Walking distance to All State Arena and with free shuttle to airport. Modern well maintained property. Great value for money.

Clean and great proximity to Allstate arena

Breakfast was sufficient. There was no ground transportation available from the airport to the hotel. I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel.

I think I would rate this hotel higher if rooms were cleaned. We stayed 4nights. Rooms were not cleaned in that time. Front desk said we would have it cleaned after 2 nights when we first arrived. But all that was done is the trash was emptied. No bathroom sink, shower, beds or sitting area cleaned. That’s unsanitary to say the least!

I am extremely displeased. I was traveling from MIA to ORD and had to overnight, so I booked a room with your establishment, When I went to get the shuttle it never showed up. I had no way of contacting the hotel and didn't want to pay for a taxi. It was past midnight and I waited over an hour but nothing showed up. I was never told that the shuttle doesn't run after midnight. I had to forfeit the room because I had an early flight so I ended up having to sleep on the airport floor and lost my $172 dollars. I know it states no refunds but I was extremely upset and will never make that mistake or book your hotel again

I would like to suggest that prices are almost same as any hotel where bed is made everyday. That’s the only thing that bothers is changing towels in 2 days and bed made on 4th day
