La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

We were surprised that they would upcharge for parking. There were plenty of spots and disappointed that they would do that. Also there was a not so great smell in the hall we were down. We were at the very end (by the stairwell) and that smell was all down the hall and into our bedroom. The room itself was clean and the bed. We had a restful night.

The hotel has s connected to another hotel that is condemned and there were homeless people in the abandoned part of the hotel! It felt a little shifty. But if you are going to an event at the Allstate arena it is cheap and so is the parking. Just don’t bring your kids.

It’s a great hotel room is very clean. Everything was good. The only problem was the shuttle bus from the airport shuts down early and in the morning they had no spaces available. That’s the only problem I had.

Everything was great! Employees were kind, the room was clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay. What made it drop a couple points was that room 527 wouldn't shut the door on it's own so I had to double check it to make sure it locked but no big deal in the long run, and someone had pulled the fire alarm at 6:30 am but that actually isn't the hotels fault. They had it fixed in no time and we went back to our rooms.

Nothing it was horrible. The crib is a pack and play. I thought it was an actual crib. So, bring your own because we went through two and both were broken. There was a fire alarm at 6 am. Our door didn’t shut properly. The room was small. You have to pay $20 for parking because the city charges them for parking.

Everything was fine, except that the fire alarms went off at 6 a.m. and woke everyone up, so we couldn't get any more rest.

Exceptional

Close to the airport. Shuttle bus was useful for going to the airport and the driver was great guiding us to where we needed to go to pick up our hire car. Could have had clearer instructions on how to get the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel- we ended up getting a taxi.

Nothong It is not clean, there is food in the carpet, leaking in the cealings

Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here for a concert at Allstate arena. It’s a perfect spot if you want to be able to walk right to it. So close! The hotel is right near the airport so lots of plans constantly fly by but it wasn’t bothersome.

Rooms were nice and clean

Very convenient when dealing with flight changes. The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off. It was very easy to check in and out, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.
