La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Reserved and paid for a non-smoking room but was given a room smelling like it had been smoked in. Too late in the night to go back down to ask for a room change.

Nice

Superb

Property was nice and clean the guy at the front desk was amazing

Easy check in, great room, waffles for breakfast!

The location is great if you need a hotel close to the airport, to save the traffic before your flight. The room was very quiet even though the airport is very close.

Very good

Exceptional

Good location. To enter it is in back of first building

The location and grounds we beautiful.

Location Outside can be cleaned, parking lot need to better maintenance, doors have a lot stains and the bathroom have humidity stains on the roof.

It was descend The staff who checked us in was very sarcastic and I didn’t appreciate his customer care

The place next door is very creepy.

Passable

Very good

The location and access to stores and restaurants was excellent The attitude of the front desk personnel on the evening shift. Our heating did not work, we were given a space heater, the television was not working properly , and we were told they didn’t know how long. We were told if the towels were too dirty they would charge us from our deposit. The example given, make up or any stains that they could not get out. Our friends were charged a $50.00 deposit and ours was$100?? We asked to Spyro a manager and that never happened.

Clean, close to the airport I did not like the driving pass boarded up windows to the back. Dark parking lot, Gave a creepy vibe.

It was so hot in the room. The ac unit was not working for me to control temperature. I had to go downstairs to lobby because i called, nobody was answering, to let them know about the temperature in the room. They told me they control the ac from the lobby and they turned on the fan in my room.

The airport shuttle was not operating sufficiently, we did not get a spot on it and had to take an uber both ways. There was a light flickering in the room which prevented sleep.
