Extended Stay America Suites Chicago O'Hare Allstate Arena

The staff were super friendly and accommodating for any questions we asked. Clean, roomy, comfortable, and in the exact location we needed to be in. No complaints

Hard to get a good point Room 214 was smelling awful, it got worse when I went to bed, to the point I woke up having a hard time to breathe. Won’t come back.

Superb

Close to the airport, clean, able to check in until 11 PM /

The event we went to was next to it so we booked it asap. But the staff 1000/10! Erica was the kindest ! She helped us figure out the L. Helped us out with recommendations! Everyone was so kind!

Very good

Was a quiet stay, both the hotel and the room were clean and good order

shuttle service was advertised on Expedia but is not offered by hotel so that was very inconvenient specially landing at midnight

Very good

Passable

Not much Had a kitchen but no cups or utensils nothing to make a drink with.

Nice staff. Cleaning could be better and needs repairs.

Management was great

It was remodeled so at least the halls were brand new. Room bedding and room was clean, older appliances and condition, but fine. Annoying to have to call for silverware and dishes to be sent up. I was told to call an outside company when the wifi stopped working and I was on the phone for over 40 min without a resolution.

I can stay one more time when I go to a concert! The coffee and snacks were good

Very good

Close to Ohare and Allstate arena. Good value for money Mechanical noise in our room disrupted sleep. Someone was banging on a window outside in the night. You must ask for kettle cups etc when you check in as the kitchen is not stocked

The atmosphere was so positive and relaxing with receptive staff

Friendly staff
