The area was dark. We wanted a hotel near the airport and that had shuttle service. The hotel advertises that there is shuttle to and from the airport and there is no shuttle. The person at the desk informed us that there used to be shuttle service but it was discontinued years ago and the info was never corrected on hotel search sites. A cab or uber costs 25-35 dollars each trip between the airport (O’Hare) and the hotel. I would not stay again.

Close to airport

Rooms are poorly maintained. They claim they have suits but kitchen is a joke. Stove doesn’t work, basic kitchenware is missing , basically useless to anyone. Rooms look clean until u sit on bed or sofa where you will find dust and mites hidden almost everywhere. Washrooms are terribly maintained. Rooms are poorly maintained. If possible, please remove that black American staff from the front desk. She is utterly rude and has no professionalism or manners on how to treat guests. Until that is done, the hotel will continue to suffer with bad reviews from guests.

Room was clean. Nice hotel. Not much of a breakfast but it was expected since this is what they state on the website. The cost savings is why we stayed,

Heater unit kept running cold called manager he came up turned it up to 90 degrees and told me it’s working don’t you smell it? Huh?? No 1 you shouldn’t have to turn it up to 90 to get it to work and number two no I shouldn’t be “smelling” the heating coils burning! It went warm for about 5 minutes then went back cold again anyway. I gave up.

If you have other options, I would recommend picking somewhere else.

Joke. They don’t place items out because half the hotel is people that live there and they take it all the food when they do. Bathroom door doesnt shut. No food/juice/water for the breakfast area at 8am. Hotels should never have permanent residents. Not even worth $59 let alone almost $400. Drop this property from your portfolio.

The room we had was very clean & spacious & having a kitchen area was a bonus. Even the grab & go breakfast was nice as it offered instant oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, coffee & tea. Adding to the niceness of our stay was Wendy, who was working the front desk when we checked in. She was very polite & friendly & gave us directions to various places we inquired about, including the Allstate Arena, which is within walking distance. She was also at the desk when we checked out this morning (8/2/26). After we checked out & turned in our keys we realized we had left some items in the refrigerator. When I let Wendy know, she made it possible for me to get access to our room to retrieve my items. I felt she went above & beyond to accommodate my request. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
