Extended Stay America Select Suites Chicago O'Hare

I loved the kitchen. The laundry machines are big

Good location near O'Hare Airport, which was why we chose this hotel. Our key to the room didn't work so we had to return to the front desk to get that straightened out. There was no shampoo or conditioner, so we called the front desk and were told they had run out. The hallway carpet in front of our room had a huge black stain that had been there for years, according to staff. Upon returning to our room after going out, the key wouldn't work once again. Since the front desk was closed (it was approx. 11 pm), we had to call for someone to come and let us in. She was very nice and tried replacing the batteries in the lock, but it still wouldn't work. She was able to get us in, but said we wouldn't be able to leave and get back in until it was fixed the next day. Didn't matter since we were leaving in the morning. The staff were nice, and the room was OK, but we won't stay there again.

The only thing that was wrong with my room was the bathroom tub & floor had hair everywhere when I got into the room so they really didnt take their time to clean bathroom properly but overall the stay was nice & Ill definitely go back..The area had everything I was looking for as well

The room was non smoking yet smelled of stale cigarettes and was not clean enough. Trash, hair, dirt/dust in room. I ended up cleaning my own room.

Floor and kitchen counter was dirty, and the Wi-Fi took a long time to connect.

I like the kitchen and the bathroom is nice. I only wish that the TV had a horror movie channel.

Comfy bed. Inexpensive and we could park there for the airport for a good price. Late arrival meant we had to call someone to check us in. No shuttle. No coffee. I guess that’s why it was so inexpensive.

Warning! This is "Select Suites". Unlike the other properties, there isn't so much as a dish cloth or spoon to be found. Clean otherwise.

I seriously regret staying there and honestly wish I had not You could see stuff in the room was damaged from pets and there were spots in the curtains that were transparent enough for light to go through

Place is not up to date there where no toiletries available rooms where dirty and just not appealing at all.

The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of upgrading. Room wasn't clean and had an awful smell (almost like cat urine) even after we opened windows to air out. Nobody at the front desk overnight so I hope you don't need anything.

The only nitpick I have was that the water pressure was lacking. But that's not something I would knock off points for.
