1 overnight here served the purpose. Dunno if I’d stay again but it wasn’t awful, just ok. Nice front desk staff but property desperately needs repairs a facelift especially the dank, dark ugly brown carpet. Lighting is from the Bates Motel. There is no shuttle from Ohare either.

Front desk could not authorize my room without holding an additional charge for 'incidentals.' Verified I had sufficient funds available and was not able to stay. My friend had to provide their card. Halfway across the country for that to happen.

Front office staff not available until mid morning. I accidentally left a backpack in the room & was unable to get it as the room was locked & there was nobody available to help me. I had to go to the airport without this important bag

Very dirty, garbage left in trash cans from previous guests, hairs in shower, sticky substance on floors, no handsoap. Staff was super friendly but property very dirty for $215/ night. Will never stay here again.

Says it has a fully equipped kitchen. There was not one dish in the kitchen. Not one plate, glass, silverware, nothing. Floor was sticky and not clean. Walked barefoot to the bathroom and back to the bed and my feet were black. Was not a good experience.

The only positive aspect of the property was its convenient location near the convention center. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Not worth it. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the following issues: - The room, bathroom, and kitchen facilities were heavily outdated. - The carpet was stained throughout and had a noticeable bad odor. - The bedding comforter also had an unpleasant smell.

Booked at the last minute to attend a concert at Allstate Arena. I wasn't expecting much from the hotel, since it was a fair price and caters to extended stays. That said, I arrived early, before check-in time, hoping to get into the room early. The room was not ready, which was fine; the office manager let us use the employee bathroom area to change quickly. Then we were able to park for free and walk the .4 miles to the show. Everything worked perfectly for what we needed: a place to stay the night and parking. The hotel was clean but a little run-down, with little to no amenities, being set up for extended-stay travelers.

Definetly not worth the price. No soap, shampoo, doors on cabinet in kitchen area would stay closed.

Bad

The only issues I encountered were the Wi-Fi. It kept doeconnecting and their lack of snacks and their outrageous prices. $3.50 for a 1 oz of Doritos, and the soda machine was out of service.
