Room was alright but needs to be updated and cleaned well, smelled a little strange. The hairdryer did not work. Water pressure was okay. It worked for my needs but definitely the bare minimum. Could have have been a much better experience.
-
The room keys get easily demagnetized which is problematic, especially if it is during hours when no front desk person is working. It would be helpful if they had a staff available at the desk 24/7.

Clean room,good price very convenient
-
The floors were waxy and you couldn’t go barefoot because it was slippery. No coffee maker. Bad decor, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

It was a disappointing staying there again (stay there a few years back and it was good). Staff was rude and unprofessional the lobby stunk out of mariguana. They ware no towels or anything in the room. Luckily we only needed the room to sleep. As our flight was early in the morning

The staff was nice. The room was disgusting. As soon as we opened the door the odor was horrible. The bed was hard. Carpet was sticky it was gross. We were only there for an overnight stay but never again.
-
Stay was pretty convenient for us for the event we were attending. Plenty of stores and restaurants around the area in case you needed to grab necessities or food. Staff was plenty helpful but room wasn’t the cleanest.

staff was friendly someone stole my wifes shoes

Rooms were not clean, beds had something in them that left me waking up with bites all over.

Good location. But not much in terms of amenities or cleanliness.

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance and it was nothing like the pictures shown advertised. No toiletries provided except one bar of soap, housekeeping did not come once, shower had a stream of water go the complete opposite direction, leaving our bathroom floor with a pool of water, and the hotel tried to charge us a dollar per towel when we asked for extra towels. Hotel also stunk of cigarettes and the elevator was overly janky.

The place sucked. There were TWO hotels with the same name, and that WAS NOT clear. We, of course, arrived at the wrong one. One group ahead of us took 15 mins to check in. Meanwhile, I had to use the restroom. There were none around. When we finally got to TRY to check in, we were told we had no reservation. That's it... OUT THE DOOR losers. We did find that our reservation was for the other same-named hotel about a block away. When we arrived, no one was at the desk for over 20 mins. Still having to "go", this check in was the ultimate in the MOST painful, humiliating, dreadful experience ever checking into a hotel. They should be shut down or EVERYONE needs to find a room at ANY other hotel. Everything. Even when we got checked in, we found the "suite" to be one small bed on a tile floor with fridge, tiny stove, and a microwave. That's a suite??!? It was cold, and simply unbearable.

No amenities at an extended stay no shampoo/ conditioner, utensils, coffee or coffee maker. ac worked poorly and was noisy!
-
Room was filthy and had a mildew smell, when we booked it showed us different rooms from their nicer hotel next door and then we got absolute slop. Room wasn’t cleaned, missing furniture, had to make multiple complaints to the desk. For $240 I would have just slept in the car

Superb
-
It was at least quiet The room smelled mostly of pot being smoked. Absolutely no amenities only a bar of soap and a hair dryer. Not even a small coffee pot in the room or extra blanket if someone was cold. For the money paid for a night, it was not a worth it. Will definitely go some place else next time.

Customer service and location The cleanliness
-
Staff were courteous and check in was hassle free The room smelt like stuffy We tried to open the windows for few hours but that didnt help. There was no house keeping
-
It was a clean room. The only thing to realize is that if it is an extend stay select, you do not receive pots and pans, plates or anything. There is a full size fridge and stove top. There is not a pool or gym to use. If it is a regular extended stay than you get all of that.

Room was large
