Great place to stay if you are attending a concert at Allstate arena! Walking distance. Close to restaurants and stores also. Hotel is clean and nice.

The location was good for us. Family lives in Des Plaines and we were in town for my uncle’s birthday. The shuttle driver that picked us up at the airport was EXTREMELY rude. As soon as we landed and were in baggage claim I called the hotel to make sure I knew where to go to get picked up. The person on the phone told us to go to C2 which we did. After waiting over 30 minutes the shuttle pulled up and drove a bit past us. We started to walk to the shuttle and he drove off.(he was there less than 10 seconds) he showed back up about 40 minutes later and we questioned why he left us. He said “I was here at 8:35, you missed me.” We stated that we were standing right there and he drove off as we were walking to him. He started yelling at us saying “ Are you calling me a liar?? I’m a MAN, I don’t lie.” Well, yes, clearly he DOES lie because he drove right off without us. We dropped the subject because he made us so uncomfortable yelling at us with people all around. When we called the first time, she told us that she would let him know that we were waiting so he should have known we were there. He made us quite uncomfortable and we were leary about even getting in the shuttle with him. We waited well over an hour and should NOT have been yelled at by someone who clearly has issues with people. He should not be in a capacity where he has to deal with the public.

Excellent staff - easily allowed early check in. Clean hotel with restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to/from airport with friendly drivers. Breakfast included.

Excellent location for the nearby concert venue, outlet mall and restaurants, and the airport. The temperature of the room and the comfort of the mattress were the only negatives

Convenient and easy to get to bu the airport. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. A little hard. Bar was great. And good food too! Breakfast was a little weak.

I loved that everything was clean and beautiful. Except for one male receptionist at the front desk with a little attitude, everything and everyone was amazing!

Location was great - near airport, and walking to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was newish so it was still "fresh" and not oldish. Great noise buffer between rooms - our room was next to a room occupied by teenagers, we didn't hear them at all, but we saw them carousing in the hallway. Our room was never cleaned, and linen not replaced for the 4 nights we were there. Though they did attempt on the 3 day but it was too early, we were still in bed. After 12 noon would be a better time. There was no safe in the room and parking was a challenge especially if you arrive late at night.
