Nice breakfast and airport shuttle

Wonderful customer service

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My kids loved the swimming pool and the waffle breakfast.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and I can honestly say this will remain our go to hotel anytime we head to Chicago. The hotel is clean, has all the amenities you could want, good sized rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The only complaint I have from this stay was the breakfast. Last time we stayed the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. This time there were scrambled eggs that seemed runny and undercooked and sausage biscuit sandwiches that they ran out of 1/2 way through the breakfast service. We were told they would bring out another option. This took about 20 minutes and then it ended up being another egg option, some sort of jalapeño soufflé. 😞

Nice hotel. Bring pillows.They are thin.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The location is good ,too. A few restaurants and shopping areas are in the neighborhood. The downfall is the housekeeping did not clean our room for two nights we were there and it took a few phone calls to finally get the clean towels. There was only one person at the front desk and it looked like they were short of staff.

Went there for a work trip and it was great! Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, and mini convince store was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was unexpectedly just average Swimming pool did not have showers, lockers etc

It was clean, and comfortable. The tooth brush wasn’t already available for me. & the water was not hot. & they gave more excuse the n trying to accommodate me as a first time guest.
