Adams Ocean Front Resort

The pillows were awful.

The location, value and staff were phenomenal. We loved our balcony chairs and proximity to the ocean. During the course of our 4-night stay we encountered at least 7 different staff members and they were all helpful and kind. We were within walking distance for all restaurants, shops and activities in Dewey - including the Jolly Trolley stop to take us to Rehoboth. The room was a little damp, it’s on the ocean so it’s understandable, but a fan for the bathroom might help.

The location was perfect. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean from the top floor(3rd). The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and retail shops.

A guide with the TV channels would be great. There was alot of searching.

The air conditioner was working hard to keep up with the extensive heat of the weekend. Could have been a little bit cooler at times.

The ac is very loud making it very hard to sleep well. No coffee makers or microwave in the rooms

This is a Motel, Not a resort. I was required to write my credit card on paper or I would not be allowed to check in due to the fact that I used booking.com. Stains on the sheets!!! I had to request new sheets and change it myself, the new ones were that clean. The young girl at the front desk was rude

Incredible view of the ocean and extremely friendly staff.

Perfect location

Location was perfect! Central to everything and right on the beach. Chairs on the balcony were great to rock on. No elevator, but the front desk helped me carry my heavy luggage. It was worth it for the view.

Perfect location. Beautiful view. Obviously, very close to beach. Close to downtown. Staff was wonderful. Pool was clean and refreshing. The two flights of stairs after a big meal. LOL. Actually the stairs weren’t bad; they wouldn’t stop me from booking the third floor again, the view was amazing.

Small hotel where everyone was friendly. Great beach access and easy parking. Excellent ocean views from all the second and third floor rooms. While technically ADA compliant, it should be more clear that there is not an elevator. I witnessed multiple people struggling to make it up the stairs to their second and third floor rooms and can only imagine the struggle they may have had bringing their luggage in. You should also know that, while all the rooms face the ocean, only the second and third floors have an ocean view.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly, room was great. Bathroom was a little smaller than expected, but it worked just fine for our little vacation

We stayed on the third floor and had a good view of the ocean from the rocking chairs on the balcony. Very calming and comfortable place to spend a quiet evening after a busy day. The beds were too soft for my back, but my husband thought it was okay. Would have liked a fan in the bathroom for moisture removal.
