Atlantic View Hotel

Balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. A/C unit a bit of a bummer as it is a wall unit and takes up space on the small balcony. Wish there was coffee and hot water all day in the lobby. No microwave as advertised, in room. Very small, inadequate refrigerator in 205. Basic breakfast sandwiches on morning buffet, 2 cereals, a few yogurts, apples & bananas. Nespresso machine in room - excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Location to the beach was awesome and they supplied chairs and towels if needed. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast in the morning and the evening cookies for the kids. Great location and close to everything. Overall, would give it another chance. Issues with the cleanliness of our room. Upon entering our room we found empty bags from candy and pretzels, a clear plastic cup, and a left behind undergarment around the bed floors. Although the rest of the room seemed clean, those easily missed items made me apprehensive about the extent of cleaning done. We did contact management and someone came and cleaned them up, but there was never any comment about it afterwards.

The room door was hard to open and close.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully renovated hotel! We had one of the first floor rooms, which opens to a little private deck area, looking out at the dunes. The room was very neat and clean, minimalist vibes, but it did provide a couple of drawers, shelves, hangers, and several wall hooks giving us ample storage for our clothes and beach stuff. The room also offered a safe in the drawer of a bedside table, a sound machine, a TV, a mini fridge, a Nespresso machine, and a small sitting area.The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The hotel has a small pool, which I did not use but looked nice and had about eight or 12 Chaise lounges and additional seating around it the lobby was also clean modern minimalistic very appealing. There was a water dispenser machine in the hallway, a icemaker in the lobby, making it great for the beach days! The hotel offers its guests, a complementaryhappy hour each day with a local beer and some snacks, freshly baked cookies in the evening, and complementary quality continental breakfast in the mornings! The hotel also offers complementary beach chairs… Such a great bonus not to have to pack those! This hotel would be a great place to stay no matter where it was located… But the fact that it’s right on the beach, makes it a home run! The staff were also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely return!

Breakfast was wonderful and so was the location and cleanliness. Staff was all very friendly. Loved the observation deck on the top of the hotel. What a great view. The fridge was very small and the air conditioning was very loud.

This hotel was a perfect choice for a beach getaway. The location was ideal, with free parking for guests. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was super cute, and right across the hall from the rooftop deck. With comfy lounge chairs and ocean views, it was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee or a good book. The “happy hour” beers and bites in the lobby was a very welcome touch. I couldn’t be happier and I would absolutely stay here again!!

This place is wonderful to stay at if you want a clean relaxing hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is updated and clean. The food for breakfast, happy hour, and dessert were all 10/10. We are very likely to return!

Proximity to the beach was the reason we stayed at this place. It was great. The free breakfast was solid. So was the evening social hour (free beer!) and dessert (free cookies!). Absolutely loved the sun deck at the top of the hotel. I also liked the stairs-only option for getting up and down floors. It meant that we didn’t have to spend endless minutes waiting for elevators to move around. Sure, moving suitcases in and out is kind of a pain, but it was a one time cost. I’d recommend leaving all of your beach stuff in your car — there’s no reason to lug it up and down the stairs. There was a lot of noise throughout our stay. The HVAC room on the first floor made an endless whirring sound the entire time we were there. It was out of earshot for our room on the second floor, but I can only imagine how annoying it would’ve been for people on the first floor. We also heard quite a bit of our fellow guests on our stay in the evenings and mornings. My assumption is that the hotel doesn’t have the standard concrete walls that new hotels have.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms and facilities were extremely clean. The property was beachfront and close to restaurants and shops. Beach towels and chairs were available at no extra charge which was very convenient. Daily breakfast and coffee was included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing

The location on the beach with beach chairs and towels for use. The breakfast, happy hour, and nighttime cookies were a fun and appreciated extra! The hotel was very clean and despite it being fully booked it was quiet.

Loved the amenities and breakfast, the overnight oats and hot breakfast quiches and sandwiches were amazing. The free beers during social hour (5-6) were not good but they were free! There are free towels and beach chairs to use. Bummer that there isn’t an elevator which was hard with big suitcases. The room was stylish and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. It was an expensive stay - the amenities helped make it worth it. Parking for 1 car included free!
