Close to the beach No continental breakfast

Stayed for 4 days. Loved how close to beach it was. Has hose and showers to wash off sand. The pool was amazing with plenty of seating. There are 2 pools to choose from. It was pretty packed for the days we were there. Found that the staff were always around and cleaning. People can be dirty I thought the staff was great about picking up litter people left behind. This is the busy season and they did great at picking up. Our room although a little bit dated and worn in. It was clean. The floors are older and show lots of wear but they were very clean. No sand, dirt or hair. I liked the table and chairs in room. The mini fridge and microwave were nice to have. Also liked the shelving area with large mirror and the cute little dog butt hooks to hang towels and hats. The bathroom although small was very clean. No hair or dirt anywhere. I liked the soap shampoo and conditioner. Has hair dryer but didn't use it. The beds we thought were comfortable and we loved how bright and white the sheets and pillow cases were. We loved how we could walk everywhere we needed to go. So many restaurants. Shopping and putt putt. We visited the brew and scoop next door daily for ice cream. Such sweet girls work there. We also rented kayaks across the street at Delmarva Board Sport Adventure on the beautiful Rehoboth bay!

location for attractions. basic amenities in the room. Holes in walls. only one bedside table. our room was right in front of the pool and the door had to slammed shut in order to close.

Room could have been better cleaned and stocked. Only two small towels is inconvenient. Paying for really check in is kind of dumb. If you have the room be gracious enough to give it to your guests who are requesting it.

Came here for a bachelorette adventure. Easy check in. Pool was clean and fun. Plenty of chairs. Room was clean. Building is dated, but that’s Dewey. Well maintained. Parking available

It's walking distance from the beach or restaurants. My room was a bit un clean. The shower had not been cleaned and the lock on my door was broken. The staff fixed the issues.

Location was close to the beach. There was a filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was across the street from a noisy bar. Our neighbors were noisy late at night. You can hear traffic on the street.

We showed up about 90 min early and they said they were short staffed so no early check in available. We went and grabbed something to eat, and when we came back at 4 there was a line out the door to check in. (I took a pic bc it was insane) The girl who checked us in was very nice- but the first girl I spoke to when we first arrived did not care at all about my gripe about not getting the late check out. (At least pretend to care/apologize/something) There were ants on the floor, and in the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom door basically doesn’t close. (Takes a big effort to get it closed) I stayed here last year and had a much better experience. Very disappointed.

This facility is a great location but the property is not well sept. The front desk services was poor They have tanagers running it careless and inhospitable. The room floor looked like it has never been cleaned. Pet hair and dust everywhere.The place has potential but I will never go there again!

The location was great. The room was big. We stayed for 4 nights 5 days, the hotel policy says they clean every three days and any other cleanings need scheduled. On our second day, we scheduled a cleaning when we went to the office to get more toilet paper because there was only one roll in the room upon our arrival. Our room was NEVER cleaned- not on day three and not on the requested day. The floors were dirty upon our arrival. The bathroom reeked of urine and had spiders. The bed was poorly made and the fitted sheet wasn't secured on the bed. I'd also recommend a mattress pad or mattress protector between the fitted sheet and the mattress itself because who knows what's gotten onto it. There is no coffee in the room as advertised. When we checked in we were not given a run down of any hotel amenities or policies. I asked how to get to our room, and the receptionist said it was around the pool so we started walking around the pool we saw not knowing that there was another one. A boy did come out and point us in the right direction when he saw us starting up the wrong stairs with our two suitcases, but some general knowledge of the hotel beforehand would have been helpful. The bath towels shed heavily and fuzz would stick to you when drying off.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was decent.

Room was ok. Halls and stairs were dirty. Pool filter was not working leaving the pool really gross. When office was notified they said they would call maintenance. We never saw maintenance come. Location was great.

The wifi is not free you also have to pay 15 a night for parking even though that was kinda annoying it was over all really nice close the The beach and many restaurants almost everything is in walking distance.
