The man at the desk was very polite and friendly. The whole building and a lot of the parking lot are under construction. It was extremely unsettling to walk to my room at the end of a hall with room doors open, tools and plywood in the hallway to avoid, and then my room door was UNLOCKED when I finally got there. I was far away from the front desk and far away from other customers in the hotel. It was creepy and scary. I also paid over $200 for the room. I had been driving and was desperate for sleep. If there had been any other option for another hotel, I would not have stayed there. At least the room itself was clean, and once I was in, I was able to lock the door. I would not recommend anyone stay there with it under construction in this way.

The room was alright. I wouldn’t plan to stay here again though. They were remodeling, but everything was just kind of remolded. Lines and holes in the walls, the bathroom mirror was shaky.

Easy to find Toilet was free standing I almost tipped it over cause the bolts were broke. It was not clean no coffee cups to make coffee and no regular cups for water to take pills.

Worst hotel I stayed in in 20 years. Room was not clean at all. Broken dressers, mold and filth on floor. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Worthless place should be shut down Worthless place should be closed

It has good parking The property is fine it’s the inside that’s bad

Bar was already closed when I got there. The housekeeping was not well maintained. The heater/cooler wasn't turned on and had parts on the floor.

It’s location is key The wing we were in was horribly dirty, the room was run down, dingy and needed some upkeep. The shower curtain was miserably placed and as a result, wouldn’t stay closed.

Dirty, leaking sewer in hall from a bedroom with no response from staff with conversations 3 days in row and tv only had one station ION which is not family oriented

I hope that other travelers see the reviews and don’t stay here. As we were checking in we had a bad feeling but tried to give it a chance. We got to our room and noticed it was very dirty. There were brown marks that looked like blood or poop on the walls , a horrible smell , and blood on the bathroom counter. The room smelled awful and it just kept getting worse. The window was broken and unable to be closed all the way or locked and the lock on the door was broken. We left and stayed elsewhere. I’m sure any positive review on this place is made up. Don’t stay here.

Do yourself a favor and DONT stay here. Horrible all the way around. No outlets in the room worked, dirty towels, the room was dirty and the staff refused to do anything about it.

Not much to like. The facility is in very poor condition and not very well maintained. The shower faucet was operable but water turned off after several seconds. Something wrong with mixer valve. Management indicated water comes out so this was normal even though there was only cold water and it only came out adore a few seconds. Coffee maker interior was dirty gross but didn’t matter cause there were no coffee cups in room to drink from. Beds are uncomfortable. Juice machine in breakfast area sprayed water all over when attempting to use. Got run around and virtually ignored from front desk staff when I expressed dissatisfaction with the facility. Referred to a manager who would not return calls even after several attempts. Potential guest BEWARE of staying here. NOT RECOMMENDED

This hotel was probably gorgeous when it was new. It’s obviously older now. The furniture and fixtures definitely showed some wear. All the important stuff was great though. The a/c worked awesome, the room was pest free, the appliances worked, and we got a good night’s sleep.

Dirty & unclean I wouldn’t spend $75 to stay in this motel vs the OVERPRICED $137! We should get our money back!

The continental breakfast was inedible the coffee creamer was curdled and the coffee was so burnt that the creamer didn't even change its color. There was curdled milk in the milk dispenser and when I tried to at least get juice the machine just gushed water out of 3 of the 4 nozzles at the same time. The whole stay was easily the worst I have had in a very long time, which is unfortunate because this hotel used to be the top spot in Douglas.

Facilities remodeling and in some stage of disrepair should have a 30-50% min rate reduction. Entrance to room was filthy, bug infested, room bathtub had dirt and grim buildup, no stopper for the sink, disrepair in hallways, poor painting. Rancid butter for breakfast, no on ice, the list is so long. Mentioned to staff honestly no concern and the butter wasn’t removed Worst place I’ve stayed that I can remember. Places like this should not be on booking.com Pool was ok, there were a few floating bugs. Bed was comfortable. Food in restaurant was ok
