Poor service. Dirty rooms. One room was filthy and smelt of oil the second wasn't much better. Asked for a refund as we hadn't been there more than 15 minutes and were told that the receptionist didnt have authority and we'd have to call the manager who had left. We've been touring the area for 10 days and this was the worst hotel by a long way. We ended up driving another 120 miles to our next reserved hotel and paid for an extra night.

Breakfast had hair in the eggs. Property is under construction. Materials everywhere. Unsafe.

The pool towels were also quite stained and could definitely use replacing. Additionally, not having any housekeeping for a three-night stay felt a bit lacking. The bar soap provided was unusually small and not very practical for multiple days. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the overall hotel was clean. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel and met expectations.

The hot tub did not work for the second year in a row. The jets were on but the water was cold. Everything else was good.

They canceled our reservation last minute because they over booked themselves and left us stranded in Douglas during a regional wrestling tournament.

The breakfast option was limited. I would have liked eggs but I can’t eat dairy (cheese in the omelet.). Maybe have hard boiled eggs available.

Terrible mattresses! Only reason for hotels is to sleep, at least they could keep decent mattresses. Hot tub was dirty, room set up was strange. Fridge and microwave way over by window. No usb ports to speak of. Desk had mirror over it but tv in front of mirror. The whole place needs update
