okay place to stay

They messed up our reservation even though I had booked it almost a year before our stay. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were given a room with only one king bed. To make matters worse, my mother’s entire reservation was canceled before she even arrived, leaving her without a room and forcing her to sleep in her car. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how far in advance we had made our reservations.

The bed was excellent. The room size was fine. Unfortunately on this day they decided to do a complete deep clean of the carpets at around 8:30pm on the room opposite us. As we were still suffering from jet lag and the noise would not allow us to sleep. it didn’t go down well with us.

Our room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on hit, especially the waffles. Area of improvement is the towels were less than desirable. They were thin. I expected them to be plusher,

Noticed dirty sheets and my wife found hairs still in the shower. Overall wasn't a bad stay but probably won't use this hotel chain again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sleep Inn. No complaints. Nice breakfast, good and clean rooms... lovely staff. The pool and hot tub were out, but that happens sometimes.

The staff is very nice, but the hotel is old, dingy, and the towels were dirty. Not a great experience.

The breakfast area was lacking in hot food items at 6:45 AM.
