Right place the right time The parking situation is horrendous. It was designed for model T vehicles. Not the construction worker trucks that wouldn’t fit.

This place is terrible. First thing I noticed was the "weed" smell. I probably smell like weed now. The carpets are dirty, not the old carpet dirty you might expect of an old hotel. More like, no one has bothered to actually vacuum around the furniture in forever. The tv didnt work, not that that is a priority for me. The furniture all looks like it was purchased at a yard sale (and each piece seemed like it had been through several yard sales already) There was old food in the kitchenette sink, at least I hope that's what it was. There was unidentifiable schmoo in the bathroom sink. The towels at least appeared to be clean so that was a plus. However the mold and peeling paint in the bathroom reminded me of a barracks building in a third world country. If you're looking for a hot shower you won't find one here. Full hot resulted in lukewarm at best. The seals around the door are nonexistent so anything happening in the alley outside this particular room easily made their way inside. Like Thumper said, "if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all." So I'll say something nice. The lady at the front desk was friendly and allowed me to check in early so I could get out of the heat as I'd been on the bike all day. The AC in the room worked well even if it was noisy. The way I see this place is this, if you need the cheapest possible shelter it might be safer than whatever is going on outside.

It was so dang shoot em up bang bang cute. I will return.

Clean room, set up was different with the 2 beds, bathroom and then a kitchen. Was not expecting that! One tv worked, the other didn't. Parking was great, right insfrint of room. Would stay again. Easy on/off major highway.

We didn't like anything about the motel. They got our room reservation wrong (reserved a king bed and got 2 fulls and was told that's all they had left), the motel is very old and has not been updated since it opened in probably 1940. The room smelled like stale cigarettes (and I'm a smoker). You couldn't use the plug in in the bathroom because it was above the mirror and no room to plug anything in. There weren't any cups to even get a drink of water. The floor was so soft in spots you felt like you might fall through it. The restaurant that is "attached" is a block away and that's where you have to go if you want coffee in the morning. Do not stay here. Yes the price is cheaper than the others, but there's a reason it is.

Was suppose to check into this place but the day shift sold our rooms out from under us. Made the trip hell looking for a place at night. Not happy with this

The door to the bathroom had holes, was broken off the hinges, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the fridge looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. paint in the bathroom was peeling off. Even the room number was partially missing from the room door and it really didn't close properly unless you banged. Beds need replacement, but better than we expected. On the plus side, the room was clean as heck, the fridge was larger than usual and worked well, and the staff really were sweet people and very welcoming.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the ice cream shop next door. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell that immediately made the entire space feel dirty and unhealthy. No guest should have to stay in a room that smells like mold. The room itself clearly wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained. Things felt grimy, and it gave the impression that basic housekeeping and upkeep are being ignored. When you pay for a hotel room, you expect a clean and safe environment — this was neither. To make matters worse, the staff did not seem concerned when issues were brought up. Instead of addressing the problem, it felt like our concerns were brushed aside. Customer service should be a priority in hospitality, and that was definitely not the case here. Between the moldy smell, poor cleanliness, and lack of helpful service, this stay was incredibly disappointing. We will absolutely not stay here again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance problems before anyone else has to deal with the same experience.
