Clean room, set up was different with the 2 beds, bathroom and then a kitchen. Was not expecting that! One tv worked, the other didn't. Parking was great, right insfrint of room. Would stay again. Easy on/off major highway.

We didn't like anything about the motel. They got our room reservation wrong (reserved a king bed and got 2 fulls and was told that's all they had left), the motel is very old and has not been updated since it opened in probably 1940. The room smelled like stale cigarettes (and I'm a smoker). You couldn't use the plug in in the bathroom because it was above the mirror and no room to plug anything in. There weren't any cups to even get a drink of water. The floor was so soft in spots you felt like you might fall through it. The restaurant that is "attached" is a block away and that's where you have to go if you want coffee in the morning. Do not stay here. Yes the price is cheaper than the others, but there's a reason it is.

Was suppose to check into this place but the day shift sold our rooms out from under us. Made the trip hell looking for a place at night. Not happy with this

The door to the bathroom had holes, was broken off the hinges, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the fridge looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. paint in the bathroom was peeling off. Even the room number was partially missing from the room door and it really didn't close properly unless you banged. Beds need replacement, but better than we expected. On the plus side, the room was clean as heck, the fridge was larger than usual and worked well, and the staff really were sweet people and very welcoming.

The room itself clearly wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained. Things felt grimy, and it gave the impression that basic housekeeping and upkeep are being ignored. When you pay for a hotel room, you expect a clean and safe environment — this was neither. To make matters worse, the staff did not seem concerned when issues were brought up. Instead of addressing the problem, it felt like our concerns were brushed aside. Customer service should be a priority in hospitality, and that was definitely not the case here. Between the moldy smell, poor cleanliness, and lack of helpful service, this stay was incredibly disappointing. We will absolutely not stay here again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance problems before anyone else has to deal with the same experience.

No inside lock on the door, wind blowing in from around the door. Blanket had a burn and hole in it. Heater did not work well. Floor is soft and felt like you could fall throw. The bathroom was super cold.

good refrigerator and Microwave. price was low enough that I have stayed there before and will probably again. room was in back and away from traffic noise. cool water for shower first morning, it never got hot. Wall heater blew right onto the bed and blew cool air during the night. Mattress was broken down and uncomfortable.

Everything very old and run down. Clean enough. Can't complain too much for the price, but good enough to sleep in. The bed was comfortable.

Monica was a very good front desk clerk. She made me feel welcome. Wonderful restaurant right next door. There was no breakfast and no coffee offered to the guests.

The kitchen was nothing more than a microwave, mini fridge, and kitchen sink so there was no cooking except for microwave cooking. I had no hot water in my room for the 2 days that we were there. The town is small, so getting anyone to look at my vehicle wasn't happening. With extremely high prices of everything my son and I had no choice but drive my unsafe car north to Casper. I also wouldn't stay at the interstate motel because the manager is psycho. She accused my son and I of untrue things, yelled and screamed at us, came and started things with us while we were sitting in our car making a couple of phone calls, and after telling her that the gentleman with us stole a bunch of cash from us, and was being abusive...she rented him a room after starting a bunch of stuff with my little boy and I. She must be lonely and desperate....hope she got what she wanted! Short story long.... don't break down there!
