Super 8 by Wyndham Douglas

Wifi not working during entire 4 day stay. Front desk not helpful when told about wi-fi issue. Maintenance was needed throughout hotel. Will not stay again

I didn’t stay at this hotel because the outside was deplorable. As I was traveling by myself, it was scary. I never went inside.

Thank you for a nice stay. The room was sufficient and met my needs.

The breakfast was fine and the staff was really friendly those were pluses in our stay. They also found and saved my daughter’s doll that she left in the room. The bathroom has a sewer smell and the sink barely drained. The smell was hard to take. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Definitely not what the online pictures showed. Property is old, all the floors have soft spots, did not smell good and all the plug in air fresheners made it worse. I think.

The parking

The location was convenient for our activities. The hotel appeared in disrepair. Needs paint and carpet. Room window was inoperable and room smelled of disinfectant. Window covering blocked AC unit.

Dirty

The front end staff was very friendly and helpful. The sheets were clean. We are surprise Wyndham would associate their name with this facility. The doors to the room did not fit properly, the carpet was very stained and it's a non smoking facility but people stood outside our window on the ground floor and smoked. It seeps in. The floors were creaky in our room and above us. We were worried they would fall through our ceiling. The shower only had cold water and could not be adjusted.

for late check in and I would be helped. I dialed zero 15 times with no answer and spent 40 min in he lobby trying to book another hotel. What a joke!

Pretty decent for the price. Room was small and shower didn't have anti-slip floor. But otherwise the stay was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Especially the bathroom could use a 24 hour stand down to be scrubbed from top to bottom, floors and walls included. Additional power outlets, including power strips might also be considered. Frankly given our travels of about 15 different hotels per year, in several different countries, this one was probably the dirtiest one yet in at least a decade. You might put them on probation at least.

The location is near the highway.. The lobby and hotel room were dirty and run down. Will definitely never choose this hotel again.

The location was good. Breakfast not. It was never attended to. It was a display of cold cereal. The plant at the end of the hall was completely uncared for. Dead leaves in the container and on the floor and it looked like it had not been watered in a month. The room was in disrepair.

Room doors do not lock.

Nothing but cereal and after having seen her mix dog food on same table there is no way I am eating. Desk clerk was mixing dog food and water right next to human food, water. No cleanlyness at all. Would not chcek in us in until she took care of her dogs. Could not call front desk, no one would answer. No instructions on TV or funky shower.

The toilet did not work, was plugged up. The hotel was very dirty. New new everything..

We did not have to use a key to enter the room. We accidently opened the wrong door to our room & it was not locked. Upon tryng others they were the same. Unless you were in the room with the security latch thrown a yone could have access. The free breakfast was worthless. The whole place wasn't clean.

Floors needs to be updated badly. Where they put us it was nice spot but with 2 dogs and floors making noise they went nuts every time someone walk by. Ohh the hotel door to our room was unlocked when we left for a few hrs and didn't know when we got back. It wasn't only our door it was all the doors were like that.
