Location was great. No free continental breakfast but they had coffee. Good breakfast location nearby.

Everything was absolutely great here, except for the bed! Those pillows and bed could use and upgrading, other than that, fabulous little place!

Room was very clean. Quick response to questions or concerns. Friendly bartender. Parking is adjacent lot or street. Good location. RR tracks across the street with loud train whistle at 10pm and 3am.

They claim to have a made to order breakfast, however all they have available is coffee. I travel for work, and drive a large truck with trailer, so I stay where breakfast is provided because I don't fit in most parking lots. They're pretty overpriced for what you (don't) get.

Nice clean well managed older hotel. Everything is dated & a little small but I would stay again. Douglas is a cute little town. Nice little hotel bar. Their restaurant was closed. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Historic hotel adds interest + great Mexican restaurant. Easy walking distance to 2nd street shops. Good parking

Checking in proved difficult since there was no one at the front desk. When I called for help, someone answered and directed us to the bar next door for assistance. The room we reserved and paid for was not the one we received, so I called again. I was told they weren’t sure how I managed to book that room and had tried to contact us to resolve the issue, but since we were traveling on motorcycles, I must have missed their call, and no message was left for me to return it. Ultimately, I was told the room provided was the best they could offer. We had reserved a two-room suite to share with another couple, but instead were given a small room with two queen beds, which was not suitable for two couples and all our luggage. No compensation was offered for receiving a much lower quality room, and I was told there were no other available rooms. Ironically, we were able to book another room with a king bed for less on Expedia and resolved the issue ourselves without the motel’s help. Although we knew the hotel was older, the poor check-in experience and lack of help to accomodate an error means I would not stay here again. Side note, the bar next door had an great bartender. The restaurant "The depot", don't waste your time. Horrbile customer service. Our group isn't hard to please and this pass through Douglas Wyoming was terrbile all the way around.
